Blame Target (Chapter 1/2)

Start from the beginning

Instead of getting up, he fell onto the ground in front of me and was babbling gibberish, sucking on his thumb. I bent down to Innie and cradled him in my arms. He was starting to get fussy and was trying to get out of my grasp.

"What's wrong with my baby? You don't want to be with daddy Channie?" I asked concerningly. I ruffled his hair, but he whined and began to sob loudly. I handed Innie to Changbin, he once again started to sob and was pushing his hands against Changbin's chest. He started hyperventilating. He was unable to breathe properly, as he tried his best to get out of Changbin's arms.

"Hyunjin?!" I called out. Couple seconds later, Hyunjin rushed into the room frantically.

"What's wrong?" He took in the scene in front of him. Innie hitting Changbin and whimpering. He rushed to Innie and carried him in his arms, "What did you do to my Innie?" He questioned angrily. Innie, in Hyunjin's arms, deescalated his tantrum and was looking at him dreamily and babbling incoherent words.

"Why is he deep in babyspace? He only goes into babyspace when he's extremely upset or stressed. Baby, are you feeling little?" Hyunjin asked, and I.N only looked at him, with no response.

"I only gave him a small spanking, he-" I was explaining to Hyunjin when I was rudely interrupted.

"Why would you do that to him? He's an angel. He doesn't need any punishment. My baby!" He cradled and hushed him sweetly.

"Hey! He got mad that Felix and Han wanted to change the channel on the tv and he broke a vase with a ball and called them stupid." I ranted.

"My baby innie would never do such a thing. How do you know Felix and Han weren't lying?" He suggested angrily.

"Hyunjin, both of them seemed upset. Why would they lie?" Changbin butted in.

"I don't know, but I'm sure he did no such thing. Why don't you ask them once again?" Hyunjin stormed off with Innie in his arms, and headed to the kitchen.

Han's POV. (5 year headspace)

I was in the kitchen, I was eating a yogurt cup as I watched youtube on my Ipad. Suddenly, Hyunjin entered the kitchen with Innie on his hip, as Innie was sniffling as if he was crying. My heart broke at the sight of him crying. It also didn't help that I was the reason for him getting in trouble. It wasn't technically me that lied to hyungies, but I did nothing to stop Felix, and I was guilty as much as him.

"Innie, I would make you a bottle with warm milk. Would you like that?" Hyunjin softly spoke, as he bounced I.N on his hip. I.n only grinned and babbled. Hyunjin finished up the bottle and fed it to I.N, he sat next to me on the kitchen table. I felt myself tense up, not wanting to spill out the truth due to the immense guilt I was feeling.

I guess Hyunjin noticed me tensing up, because he gave me a weird look and asked, "Is there something wrong Han? Would you like to tell me something?"

"U'um n-no hyungie!" I stuttered nervously.

"Come on! I know you're hiding something. What's up?" Hyunjin insisted,

Tears were fighting to fall. Not being able to hold back, I let my guard down and sobbed to him.

"I'm sorry hyungie! My fault Innie punished." I confronted him.

He raised his brow in confusion and kept questioning me,"What are you sorry for? What did you do?"

"Felix lied to daddies that I.N was bad, and I did nothing to stop it. Innie no bad!" I was sobbing harder, choking on my own saliva.

He nodded in understandment and softly told me in a hush tone, but still stern. "Why didn't you tell the truth? Why did felix feel the need to lie about such a thing?"

"We were both playing ball in living room and broke vase. We not want punishment so Felix had idea to lie and put Innie blame." I explained myself.

Hyungie took my hand in his grasp and looked me in the eyes, "you do know that was not a smart idea. And I need to tell the other hyungies." I informed calmly.

"No please dont! Felix lied! Not me!" I tried to convince him, but it did not work.

"I'm sorry sweetie, but I have no choice." My lips pouted and trembled. Out of nowhere, Channie, Lino, and Binnie arrived in the kitchen and were chatting.

Them, feeling the intense atmosphere between Hyunjin and me, Channie asked, "Is something going on here?"

"Yes. Han here, confessed to me that Felix and him were the ones who broke the vase and Felix put the blame on Innie.

Chan fumed angrily as he pinched the bridge of his nose. "Is that true, Han?"

"Y-yesh daddy." I quivered, "I'm sorry. It was Felix idea."

"Thank you for telling us the truth. Meet me in our room, we will go in a bit." Liee Know said. Tears spilling from the corner of my eyes and my head hung low, I did what I was told and headed upstairs. About 10 minutes later, which felt like an eternity, Channie including Lino arrived with Felix in his grasp, as Felix was thrashing around and hitting Lino. Felix was then on his own two feet and his eyes darted towards my direction with hatred as he lunged towards me and attacked me.
