Mistakes were made and lies were told

Nothing I didn't see coming

I thought I'd be sad, maybe even bitter

But no, I'm not even mad

Won't even cry

No, not for this

It made me feel better, no offense intended

I saw it coming

I knew you, or I knew you enough

Enough to know that it will be rough

Not an easy thought

But it's already done

You'd thought i'd be gone, thought I'd walk away

Thought I wouldn't understand

But it's already forgiven, although not forgotten

We will get through this

I'm not upset, just a little hurt

I knew I'd be right, there was no need to fight

I knew what I got into, I chose to take this chance

I knew i was at risk
