Poem 9.

All the air was pouring out of my lungs.

I saw you look into my eyes.

The only thing I saw was hate.

Yeah, it hurts.

'Cause after all you're still my mom.

'Cause after all you're still my dad.

Don't know why you would do that.

Your knee on my chest, I never expected it.

After a year it still hurts.

I'm stuck with you.

Even if I want to flee.

You're always making bad decisions for me.

I saw death, for just one moment I saw death.

You almost killed me.

One moment away and I didn't exist.

So now you look into my eyes.

Tears are streaming down my face.

I know there's no place.

No place for me.

To just be.

It's just how the world works.

Even if it hurts.

You look into my eyes.

I look into your eyes.

And I see so much love.

But you fucked up.

So I can tell you now,

Go to the moon and back.

Go to the sun and back.

Take whatever you can get.

But just like I said,

It will be silenced.

I am not saying this with any violence,

But I have no forgiveness. Anymore.

You'll always get less.
