"OK, you passed the test and won't be going to the academy, but there's still a long road ahead of you. First off, I will be calling you out of your weaknesses because, as shinobi, it's important to know what you should work on. This will be personal. You may think I'm being rude or an asshole but you need to hear such things." Kakashi said, then immediately after her tied all three genin to a tree. Each of them struggled to get loose but eventually gave up while also glaring at their sensei.

"Now let's get started, my cute little genin." After those words, Naruto, Sakura, and Sasuke knew they were doomed. "Hmm, who should I pick first. Hmm, how about we start with Sasuke. Oh boy, I could make a whole list of everything that's wrong with you." Sakura wanted to comment but knew it would do nothing besides she was the most useless out of all of her teammates. She brought nothing to the table. She could contribute in any way. "Sasuke, you're too focused on revenge. Your teamwork is horrible, but the same could be said about Sakura and Naruto, "Kakashi explained.

'How did he know?' Sasuke thought even though he kept a straight face. "Also, it doesn't really make sense to follow the advice of a killer," Kakashi continued. Sasuke thought about it for a minute before nodding. "With cones to battle, try to include Naruto and Sakura into your plans. OK, that's all for you for now." Kakashi said as Sasuke let out a sigh of relief, but Naruto and Sakura tensed up. What Kakashi said was harsh truth. They were afraid of what he would say to they. "Naruto, you are a different story. Unlike Sasuke, you don't want revenge, but you too also suck at teamwork. You rush into battles, completely forgetting about your teammates and how they can help you. You treat Sakura as if she is a trophy needed to be protected," Naruto went wide as at his comment, but understood what that meant. "You need to start thinking about what to do first and ask your teammates if it's a good idea or not. Also, improve your taijutsu it's point in having 100 shadow clones if the only thing they can do is overwhelm your opponent, and that's if the enemy doesn't wipe them all out with one move."

"HEY, MY TAIJUTSU IS AMAZING!" Even Sasuke had to try not to laugh at that comment. Naruto taijutsu wasn't bad, but it could use some work. The only one left was Sakura, the kunoichi of the team. "Sakura, you are a completely different story from both Sasuke and Naruto. It would take forever to name everything wrong with you, but I was nice to Naruto and Sasuke, so I'll be nice to you." With being said, Sakura waited for Kakashi to say the same things she listed for herself. "You focus too much on Sasuke and forget about Naruto. During the test, I easily put you in a genjutsu, which you could've easily broken if you paid attention. Also, when Sasuke and I were sparing, if you had broken the genjutsu, you could have helped Naruto," Kakashi explained.

"You can easily recognize genjutsu, so why let yourself get caught by it?" Sakura had no response for it. She knew he was going to say this. "I see. You knew I was going to say such things." She nodded. "Well, now that's over, we're going to take a trip to the library. We we get there. I want you all to find anything that interests you as shinobi, of course. Sense I'll be there. You will also be allowed into the chunin section. Before you go, I need you to pour chakra into these papers," He said hand blank papers to them. "They will reveal primary chakra nature(s) or the elements easiest for you to learn." They then do what he said.

Naruto's paper gets cut into two, and then both burns. Sasuke's paper wrinkles, then is set to flames. Half of Sakuras paper crumbles, then gets soaked. "Great, all of you have more than one affinity. Now off to the library we go." Kakashi said as they started walking.

At the library~

"OK, brats, what I want ya'll to do is find any book on any kind of use of jutsu and study it while you're at home after training. Missions will start in two weeks. After successfully completing 30 D-rank missions, we will be able to go on a C-rank mission." They nodded, then ran off to find books interesting to them. About half an hour later, Sakura came back first with so many books. Kakashi couldn't even see her head anymore. He tried not to ask how she was able to see with all of the books blocking her sight. He then remembered that when he was going through her file from her time in the academy, it was stated that she was a bookworm.

Looking at the books, she grabbed there was a medical ninjutsu, genjutsu,  taijutsu, chakra exercises, ninja weapon, earth release, water release, poison, plants, and the Haruno Clan, the next as expected was Sasuke, who was only second to Sakura when it came to academics. He grabbed a book about genjutsu, taijutsu, kenjutsu, fire release, and wind release. One for each. What surprised him was when Naruto came back with more than what he expected. Naruto had a book about taijutsu, ninjutsu, fire release, wind release, fuinjutsu, and lastly, the Uzumaki clan. Kakashi couldn't imagine how powerful these three would be in the future. He would grow to fear Sakura if she learned how to poison people. He quickly shook that thought out of his head.

(If any of you decide to read any of my other stories, you'll notice that I'll often make Sakura come from a clan or just stronger in general. I do this to even out the playing field because Naruto and Sasukeare powerhouses. It's unfair for Sakura. Of course, they all get stronger through hard work)
