Revenge

For all my life,
You've bullied me,
Harassed me,
Even threatened me with a knife.

You've burned me,
Scratched me,
And without a doubt,
Tore me apart inside and out.

I now have scars all over me,
Some are old, others are new.
Some caused by myself,
Others carved by you.

All those times I begged and pleaded.
But did you take notice?
Of course not!
You would continue to hurt me until I bled.

But just you wait,
I'll be paying you back.
Get ready for change,
Because I'm getting my revenge.

Soon you'll be covered with cuts and bruises.
I'll return all my injuries to you.
Get ready for a face off,
And let's see who loses.

This time I won't back down,
Not until you're on your knees,
Begging and pleading for forgiveness.
But of course, I'll be deaf to all pleas.

Now you'll know how I felt.
And if you try to bully again,
I will take you down,
Or maybe drive you out of town.

Get ready for a change,
Because I'm getting my revenge.
