Jamal Pov
I can't believe that Paisley is here. I'm happy but there's a slight problem... my ex - Lola thinks that we somehow still together as I agreed to still be friends with her after our breakup. I told her that I have a girlfriend and she told me that she understands but I really don't think she does.
A knock on the door startled me. It must be Paisley, I invited her to hang out with me and Rory for the day.
"Hey" I said while opening the door
"Hi" she smiled
Her smile!!! Every time she smiles I fall harder for her. I pulled her in for a hug and led her to the living room.
"Where's Rory?", she asked
"Upstairs, she doesn't know that you're here yet. It's a surprise"
"Call her down then, I'm super excited to see her reaction"
"Rory, I've got a surprise for you" I yelled
Rory came running down the stairs almost tripping over a stair.
"You said you've got a surprise for me?", she said
"Yeah", I stepped aside revealing Paisley
Rory ran back upstairs leaving both me and Paisley confused
"What in the popsicle?", Paisley laughed
"I'm just as confused as you are"
Rory came back to us
"Are you real?", she asked Paisley
"Yes"
"Omg! I can't believe that thee Paisley is in my house", she screamed
"Well believe it sweetie" Paisley said and smiled
"How did you get my idol to be here?"
"Remember when I told you that I have a new girlfriend...well here she is"
"No way! You are dating Paisley? My Paisley?"
"Yes I'm dating her and she's my Paisley, not yours", I said
Just then there was a knock on the door
"Rory, are you expecting anyone?" I asked
"No, it must be one of your friends"
I went to get the door and low and behold there stood Lola.
"What are you doing here?"
"That's not how you treat your guests", she said letting herself in
"Jam-jam who's at the door", Paisley's voice echoed from the living room
"So that's why you were so rude to me earlier...because your little girlfriend is here", Lola rolled her eyes
Suddenly Paisley and Rory stood in front of me

Jamal didn't answer me so me and Rory went to check if he was okay. Jamal was standing there with some girl...
"Hello, you must be Jamal's girlfriend, I'm Lola - his ex", the girl extended her hand
"Hey, I'm Paisley", I forced a smile
"Lola was just leaving", Jamal said
"So am I", I said
"Are you still going to hang out with me tomorrow", Rory asked with her puppy eyes
"Of course sweetie" I kissed her on the cheek and walked out the door
"Wait!" Jamal exclaimed
"What do you want?", I snapped
"Can we talk?"
"What are we doing now? Dancing?"
"Please give a chance to explain", he pleaded
"You have 2 minutes"
