When Sumin first met Ruby, she couldn't help but admire her amazing dancing skills, which she complimented her for all the time. This lead Ruby to tell Sumin she couldn't help but tell her how amazing her singing is, which Sumin appreciated. Ruby and Sumin often help each other out during practices, trying to encourage each other since they love each other so much. Sumin often feels the need to try to help Ruby too because she is the groups only non-korean member, she helped her learn some Korean slang and helps her with some of her school work when applicable. Sumin and Ruby are like a mother-daughter duo, with Sumin being an older sister and Ruby being a younger sister, it's in their blood to almost work like this.
