If he had taken the time to truly think about it, Megumi would have to acknowledge that he's lonely. He has always been, even if Tsumiki was by his side. Her efforts were not wasted, he at least had someone to love who would return it without any expectations. But he found himself wishing there was someone else, to listen to him speak about random things on his mind and to cherish all of him, inside and out, not just the outside part of him.

Now, he has come to the realization that a majority of the population is most likely gone. Infected and decaying, soulless and violent. Somehow, it's scarier knowing the people that have survived may not even be friendly. They might just be the enemies.

"So, this is the place." Satoru pauses, looking at the massive, all white building. "It's less... welcoming than I had hoped."

"What were you expecting? A party?" Suguru rolls his eyes. "Do we just... knock?"

Megumi sighs and starts walking directly towards the building surrounded by numerous, vibrant trees. It felt like hell just to get here and yet he can't believe that they are here, at the so-called safe place. The others follow his lead, even if the uncertainty makes them hesitant.

"𝕀𝕕𝕖𝕟𝕥𝕚𝕗𝕪 𝕪𝕠𝕦𝕣𝕤𝕖𝕝𝕧𝕖𝕤." A robotic yet feminine voice demands. Megumi and Tsumiki jolt, sharing cautious glances. Sukuna's arms have already wrapped around Megumi's waist, keeping him close and providing Sukuna with a sense of security.

"I'm Satoru Gojo, my aunt told me–"

"𝕀𝕕𝕖𝕟𝕥𝕚𝕥𝕪 𝕔𝕠𝕟𝕗𝕚𝕣𝕞𝕖𝕕." The voice interrupts before he can finish. There's a hiss noise the door makes before loud clicks are heard. The massive door opens, revealing a woman and two soldiers. She has dark hair and tired eyes, she's wearing a lab coat which already puts Megumi and Sukuna both on edge.

"Introduce yourselves, I don't have all day." She speaks coldly, looking at the guests. Her eyes land on Megumi and her eyebrow twitches. "You, are you an omega?"

Sukuna's hold tightens, his murderous aura unmistakable.

"I'm Satoru Gojo, these are my friends. My aunt said this place is a sanctuary, is it?" Satoru steps in her line of view of Megumi, feeling protective as well.

Her eyes flicker from Satoru and to the others before she places her hand on her forehead, sighing. "It's something like that. It's better if we talk inside."

Without any other options, the group step into the white, oval building with multiple floors. While the outside is nauseatingly white, the inside is cooler tones. Grays and deep blues, more relaxing in Megumi's opinion.

"These two will take you to your new rooms. Shower and they'll bring a change of clothes then we'll continue our discussion. There's a lot to go over if you're going to be kept here. I'll say one thing, an omega has no business out there but you'll find your purpose is inside buildings such as this one." She says calmly before parting ways with the group, not leaving any room for further discussion.

"We'll keep you all down the same hall."

"Usually we separate secondary genders for safety, but an omega's comfortability is our top priority."

Megumi sticks close to Sukuna, uncomfortable by the soldiers way of speaking. As if he isn't a person, they can only focus on how he's an omega and it leaves an uneasy sensation in his chest.
