2 year anniversary

Today was Sara and Justin's 2 year anniversary.

Today everyone was at work except Mark he had a patient back in New York so he was there for the week.

(Also Justin and Sara were now engaged and everyone knew)

Leah and Liam were at dog training.

Justin came into the hospital with a woman.

Sara saw them from the stairs.

Justin asked the nurse to page Arizona.

The woman kissed Justin on the lips.

Sara went down the stairs and went over to him.

I'm his fiancé.. and who are you - Sara asked

There came tears down Sara's face.

Callie saw Sara crying while run into a supply room so Callie went into the room.
