Iris had her head resting on Daphne's shoulder as 1989 (Taylor's Version) blasted from her headphones. Daphne and her head been close friends since the very beginning and she was grateful that the blonde girl was taking her away for a holiday. God knows she needs it.
Shifting slightly to get comfortable, her eyes landed on Theodore Nott whose face lit up as he met Iris' eyes.
"Iz!" He exclaimed happily as Iris ran up to him and gave him an enthusiastic hug, a bright smile on her face. "I missed you."
"Hey I am your cousin!" Daphne exclaimed teasingly, standing as Theo released her best friend and turned to embrace her as well.
"Blah blah, Iris is my favourite." Theo said, winking at the girl as he pulled away.
"Not going to introduce me?" A drawling voice broke the sudden silence and Iris moved her gaze to the man stood behind Theo.
"Drama queen." Theo muttered under his breath. "Ladies, this is Mattheo Riddle. Number thirteen on the ice."
"Thirteen's my favourite number." Iris stated, eyes widening slightly at the coincidence as Mattheo smirked back at her.
