Mikey was playing with the kida and yes he had his gloves on

Donnie was in the lab trying to make the retro Mutagen for Timothy. But ended up making Fireworks which almost hit Spike but Raph was able to save him.

Raph: My brothers are holding me back. The while one who's on my level is Yuma. We should be out there fighting crime, tracking mutagen. But all they want to do is play stupid games. You get it don't you spike?

Splinter didn't have Yuma's help seeing how she was worried for Kida so he let her stay out of this one

Raph: I can't believe this is happening I mean, this is amazing! Wait. What am I going to tell the others?

Spike: You are. No joking around, no holding off like your brothers. No trying to be a peacekeeper like Yuma. We'll be the ultimate ninja team.

Leo went to get it but another car drove by and moved it

Slash drops Mikey on the roof and then roas at Raph.
Slash: We could make a great team, Raphael, but you're a fool! Just like your brothers. He knocks him down
Mikey went to Raph.
Mikey: Slash is back! Raph's in trouble!
Donnie: Raph's fighting him
Mikey: Not really fighting. More like getting stomped into green goo. Come on! They won't to help Raph.
Leo and Yuma we're at the home of the little girl and her dad
Leo tried to used the grappling hook to get the mutagen out of her hand before they went inside but failed

Raph and Slash are styling fighting
Slash: I spent years watching you train. Learning your moves. I know everything you can do.
Raph ran to him and was able to disarm him

Slash did a slide Raph jumped but Slash grabbed him threw him on the wall and punched him threw the wall
He held Raph in the air and went to use his claws
Donnie and Mikey jumped in him

Leo and Yuma saw threw the Window
Girl: Here you go, rufiles Mc Beraintgton one more cup of green tea. She pored it and went to drink it
Yuma: No time for stealth. Leo went inside and kicked the small tea cup out of if her hand and went on the door.
Girl: Would you care if r some teal Mr. And Mrs. Turtle?
Leo: Sorry little girl we really need to grab your tea and take off.
Girl: I'll scream if you go. Mr and Mrs turtles. My daddy's room is right next door.

Donnie and Mikey were still trying to fight off Slash for Raph

Leo and Yuma were drinking tea.

Then Raph and Slash came threw the ceiling
Both: Raph
Raph: Leo, Yuma. Having... Tea time?
Yuma takes the mutagen they go threw the wall
Yuma: The next we'll bring the tea.
Girl: Bye, Mr and Mrs Turles.
Slash was able to take away Raph's weapons
Slash: Ha! It's over, Raphael. You've lost.
Raph was able to get a hit on him
Raph: A true warrior spirit.
Slash: We are the same you and me.
Raph: we're nothing alike you're you're evil. Slash got some hits on him and is at the edge.
He was about to knock him off but Leo and Yuma cane and stop him
Leo: So what's with the new turtle?
Raph: It's Spike. It's a long story. Look out.
Slash knock down Leo
Slash: Been looking forward to that for a long Time
Yuma kicks him down
Yuma: Been waiting to do that too. I think you're getting a little close to Kida. You wouldn't happen to know why Kida is like what she is right?
