Two days passed

Anuseena haven't meet each other nor even talk after that day,both were very busy in their  professional lives

"Hello..ji ji hum abhi aate"Haseena said someone in a call n took the file which was on her desk then came out from her cabin n said to karishma "karishma singh hum head quarter ja rehe ek important file submit karni hai"n left

Note:-anika is at home, because she isn't feeling good from passed two days n Haseena was also busy in those days so,she hired a caretaker for Anika

"Sir may I come in"Haseena asked from the entrance of the dsp's cabin.Anubhav saw her n nodded slightly,Haseena entered

"Sir here is the file,u have asked for"Haseena said while putting the file on his desk "jii"he said looking at his comp screen n took that file on his hand n open that "miss malik hume aapko ek zaruri kariya hetu yeha bulaya hai"he said formally n stood up from his chair "jii sir"Haseena said

"Miss malik,darasal kal ek mahila humare pass aai thi ek case ko le kar,case kuch is prakar hai ki unhe lagta hai ki unhe vivaahit jeewan ko uski saasu maaiya jhand karna chati"he said maintaing distance from her n after hearing this Haseena raised her eyebrows"toh hum chate ki yeh case mpt suljhaye,kyuki ek mpt hi hai....(interrupted by a call from haseena's phone)"sir ek min",she said n pick the call

"Hello.....kyaa...ruko hum abhi aate"Haseena said in panick voice which make Anu to worry she cut the call n said "sir humein ek bouth zada zaruri kaam aa gaya hai humein abhi Jana hoga please"she requested "kya hua Haseena ji"he asked worriedly "sir utna baatane ka waqt nhi humare pass,hume Jana hoga"she said worriedly n left the cabin... anubhav followed her as he was also tensed after seeing his love in tension

"Humari jeep kaha gyi"Haseena asked to the peon "mam wo toh aapka driver le ke chala gaya bola ki servicing karana hai"peon replied

"Haseena ji chaliye hum chod dete aapko jaha Jana hai"anubhav said,Haseena wasn't having any other option.She agreed n sat w/him

"Haan bas yehi rok dijiye"Haseena said to Anu "Haseena ji yeh toh aapka Ghar hai"anubhav asked in confusion

While the caretaker came out after hearing the sound of vehicle"maddam..maddam Anika ki tabiyat bouth khrab ho rahi hume use hospital le Jana hoga"caretaker said making anu's poop with worries

Both immediately got out from the jeep n rushed toward the home

Anubhav put his palm on Anika's forehead n seriously she was burning like hell fire "Haseena ji yeh toh bouth garm hai hai humein shigar hi haspatal Jana chiye"he said n Haseena carried her both left for hospital

Hospital.....

Doctor was checking Anika.Haseena was holding her n anubhav was beside her sitting on the chair...

After checking up

"Aapki beti toh bouth weak hai mrs malik ,yesa lagta hai ise thik se breast milk nhi mil raha"doctor said in serious tone "wo darasal kuch dino se hum aapne professional life me bouth busy ho gaye hai isiliye sayad...."Haseena was saying but Dr. interrupted"mana mirs malik ki aapka profession bouth imp hai per aapki beti ka dhyan bhi rakhna chiye...aur auger aap ko dikat ho raha toh aapne husband se boliye iska dhyan rakhne"after listening the word"husband"anubhav's face falls

"Husband...."Haseena was saying while anu interrupted"jii doctor shab aage se yesi galti nhi hogi"

"GOOD!"doctor said

After the dr. Gave the priscription to them n they left....

Both were moving out from the hospital Anika was resting in Haseena's arms while Haseena was gazing at anubhav

At Haseena's home

Both came Haseena place Anika on her cardle n came to anubhav "shukriya humari itni help karne ke liye"she thanked him w/a smile

"Hume Anika ki custody chiye"suddenly anubhav said this making Haseena's mind blank

"Whatt..??"Haseena asked

"I want her custody miss malik"anubhav said in angry tone"wahhh...!! Nahi matlab wahhh..!! Jab zarurat thi tab the nhi aur ab aapko uski custody chiye,kya insaan hai aap mr.anubhav Singh"Haseena taunt him

"Hum kuch nhi suna chate,kal court aa jaiye ga time per baki baatein wahi hogi"anubhav said n left

Here Haseena looked at her baby with tearful eyes n suddenly burst out crying

Next day

At court

Idk to write scenes of arguing to let's skipppp....

Both were coming out from the court with gloomy face holding files n papers both saw each other "kyu kar rehe hai aap yeh"Haseena asked to him gloomily "kyuki Hume humari beti chiye"anubhav replied

Scene change

Anika was playing with her toys at home the care taker was there for her while Haseena came in

Her face was fallen n swollen  as she was crying while journey

"Mummaa.."Anika came to her n hug her Haseena saw her child with teary eyes then the caretaker asked"maddam sab thik toh hai na"c n Haseena move her eyes toward her n nodded no

Here at anubhav's place

"Yeh kya kar raha tu Anu,kya hai yeh sab"mata ji asked "bacche ka palna"anubhav replied normally "haan wo toh mujhe bhi dikh raha, per yeh humare Ghar me kyu...tu abhi baccha thodi na hai jo isme soyega isme tu atega bhi nhi"ma said "ma yeh humare liye nhi kisi aur ke liye hai"anubhav said "per kiske liye"ma asked "jaldi pata chal jayega ma"anu replied w/serious face

At night....

Haseena was gazing at Anika n tears were rolling from her eyes "baccha hum kya kare...hum aapko khud se dur nhi karna chate"she said while sobbing

At the other hand

Anubhav was holding Anika's pic "baccha chinta mat karo papa aapko bouth jaldi aapne pass le aayenge"he said n smile looking at her child's pic

Author:-both fall asleep aftersome time....what will happen to anika?who will win the case n get her custody ?  what's in her fate?mom OR dad ?
