*It's Thursday. I got up around 6:30 in the morning to go to school. I packed the books and notebooks needed for today. Music, Serbian language, chemistry, physics, Latin, French and biology. How wonderful, what a beautiful timetable.*

----Skip time----

*My folklore rehearsal starts in 10 minutes. I put on black leggings, a folklore black skirt and to kill the blackness, I put on a white T-shirt. I can't describe to you how much folklore calms me down and at the same time makes me tired. Folklore is like the song "Heartbeat" by Marcus and Martinus.. The song calms a person so much. The meaning of the song itself is not as important as the music. The melody itself is soothing. As always, before the rehearsal I am in my mind, somewhere far from reality. My thoughts are interrupted by Lena, my friend whom I just met, she is new and 14 years old, she tells me that our rehearsal starts in a minute. We went to the hall together and took our positions. The professor or the choreographer told us to warm up first, actually we do the exercises first as always. Our warm-up is the same as in the PE class at school. We do exercises, first the head, then the shoulders, arms and finally the knees and legs. After the exercises, the professor stopped in the middle of our semicircle and started talking.*

Mr. Smith: Now listen to me carefully, this is very, very important. I don't know how familiar you are, but there is an international folklore festival in Norway. Since, of course, not every ensemble from Serbia will go, there is also a competition for who will represent Serbia. So, we must now choose a team of folklorists and a good and powerful choreography.

*When I heard Norway, I was in shock. Did he really say Norway, or did he say maybe another country? He said Norway, Oh God. In the end, we chose "Games from Niš", which refer to traditional folk games originating from the city of Niš, one of the oldest cities in Serbia. These folk dances represent the cultural richness of the city and its surroundings, with characteristic dances, melodies and costumes that reflect local traditions and identity.*

Mr. Smith: Now that we have chosen the choreography, we have to choose pairs, 10 boys and 10 girls. You will all play together and my colleague and I will decide.

----Skip time----     Attention! I have changed the names, so it is clear that some names are not Serbian

Mr. Williams: Okey so, we decided...Lena and Theo, first pair, Ema and Leon second, Ana and Adam, Olivia and Luka, Alexandra and Max, Laura and Mattheo, Andrea and Justin, Kate and David, Lisa and Daniel and tenth pair is Teodora and Alexandar.

*OMG! I can't believeee! Goshh, okey, okey, okey, breathe.. Breathe Teodora, breathe. Okey, so, maybe we won't go to Norway, but I'll be paired with Alexandar... Well, I like him a little, okay, maybe a little more. Maybe the love is not mutual, but the boy is really cute. He has dark blonde curly hair, he is a bit taller than me, he has adorable brown eyes and a beautiful smile. He's just perfect, plus we go to the same school, but he's on the opposite shift from me, so we rarely see each other.*
