Is it possible for a normal omega to tame a purebred/dominant alpha? In a world where normal omegas are no match against the rare, dominant wolves, O!JK would have to prove them wrong.
All college student O!JK wants to do was to find his footing in...

Now here's the answer for all your questions and a summary of extra scenes I posted on Patreon. That scenes are not included here since it's really not needed to keep the story flowing. It's only the backstory for those who are interested:
1. Jimin and Jungkook have met before.
a) First time was during the mall incident. While they were being rescued, Park Jaehyun and Jeon Jeong-Ho was in the crowd of the victim's relatives. When Jimin was brought out unconscious, Jeong-Ho was there with the pup Jungkook.
b) Second time is during Jimin's hospitalization. The doctors awake his wolf forcefully to quicken the healing but Jimin's wolf side refuses to relent control. His wolf is confused and frightened as a 7 year old pup. The doctors try several methods to bring Jimin's human side out but nothing works. They try bringing a new born pup's scent, something weaker for the wolf to calm down and bring out his protective instincts but it doesn't work. Jimin is still feral when one month into his treatment, pup Jungkook crawls into his room (his father Jeong-Ho was working as a cleaner in the hospital at that time and the pup escaped when his father was busy at work). Jungkook not only calms Jimin but also brings out his human side (remember they have a 7 year age gap). This is when Jimin's dad Jaehyun realizes that they're imprinted on each other. But the pups are too young to understand imprint and an imprint doesn't necessarily mean mating. They could be just friends, but their bond would be thicker than anyone else. Jaehyun talks to Jeong-Ho but he refuses his help. He says the pups are too young and if they're meant to be, it will be
c) Third time is when Jimin is 13 years old. He escapes one of the house parties and spends his time at a park. There he sees pup Jungkook being bullied and saves him. Jungkook's knee is scraped from how the bullies pushed him down from the swing. He's around five or six when that happens. Jimin first smells light notes of Maraschino Cherry on him and calls him Cherry Blossom as he tends him. Jimin gifts Jungkook a bunny plush before leaving. Jungkook's father realizes that Jaehyun was right about the imprint. He promises that when they're adults he would make sure the two of them meet at least once. If they're meant to be, it will be.
Here's an excerpt I posted on Twitter:
Once done he put the cute band aid and smiled at the pup. "There you go. All done."
However, the pup's attention was on something else or rather somewhere. His lips were jutted out and pulled into a deep frown.
"What is it, pup?" he asked curiously.
"Hyungie hurt," the pup pointed.
It was only then Jimin noticed his bleeding back hand. He vaguely remembered one of the pup's teeth cutting through his skin when he punched him. It didn't hurt and he'd had worse.
Before he could reassure him, however, the pup grabbed a cotton ball and began to dab it on his injury, mimicking his earlier moves. A little bit clumsy but determined. Jimin's smile was warm as he gazed at the pup. He ruffled his fluffy hair with his free hand.
"It's alright, Cherry Blossom. Hyung is fine."
2. Jimin and Jungkook don't remember their previous meetings.
They were too young to remember. Jimin used to talk about the doe eyed pup but he is just an adorable pup in his mind. Jaehyun too forgets until he witnesses Jimin reacting to the scent of Maraschino Cherry but doesn't say anything because he wants them to figure it out themselves.
A/N: Some things were purposefully hidden in earlier parts to maintain the suspense factor and I only left some crumbs here and there. Hope now this backstory would help you understand why Jimin reacted to his scent and photo the way he did.
A reader summarized it beautifully: Now it makes sense why JM reacted to JK's photo when his dad informed him about the arrange marriage, his wolf probably recognized the doe-eyes. Now we know why neither of their wolves have shared their ruts and heats with another wolf and why JM has been reluctant to knot any of his partners and why he moved so easily from Na-Ra after heartbreak but didn't do the same when he thought JK rejected him.
Jimin's wolf recognizes Jungkook's wolf, but they both don't remember each other because they were too young. Jimin's father forgot about the imprint, but his desire to have Jungkook as his son in law drove him to take that decision, but he remembers it after seeing the way Jimin reacted to Jungkook's scent. That's why he was so laid back with everything. He knows Jimin would find his way back to Jungkook and vice versa.
These extra scenes are not important for the story to move on. These exist only for readers who are interested to read the back story and want a bit more details behind the scenes. It's not included because it would drag the story flow and take attention away from the main story. These scenes are only available for Patreon members.
