A broken heart is the worst. It's like having broken ribs. Nobody can see it but the pain is unbreakable every time you breathe. A broken heart is just the growing pains necessary so that you can love more completely when the real thing comes along. I gave you my heart, I just didn't expect to get it back in pieces. I didn't know what love felt like until I met you, but now I know what a broken heart feels like too. Time can heal a broken heart, but it can also break a waiting heart.. A broken heart can be pieced back together...it might be a heart again but still a broken one. It's hard asking someone with a broken heart to fall in love again. But either way broken heart or not life is too short to spend time with people who suck the happiness out of you.
