Chapter 2 and 3

Chapter 2 Aftermath:

Ryoma reveals there are 2 more other traitors besides him but he only tells this to Maki

The reason why he decided to work for the mastermind is because the mastermind kidnapped his girlfriend (She was the one inside his motive vid in chapter 1) and that the mastermind would kill her if he didn't do what they asked.

And then Ryoma gets executed

At the end you see a scene, of Rantaro being depresso and stuff and Kiyo trying to talk to him but failed

And then when Kiyo's gone, Maki goes to Rantaro's door and asks the question "Do you know Lucas Whitlock?" And then cliffhanger.

Chapter 3:

Himiko's self confidence: Non-existent
Angie: Still staying strong
Maki: Suspicious of everyone
Shuichi: Wants revenge
Kaito: Trying to be helpful but doesn't know how to
Rantaro: Staring at the ceiling
Kiyo: Walking around
Kirumi: Frustrated
Tsumugi and Gonta: Dunno what they're doing bcs I don't know what to do with them until Chapter 4 (Spoilers: One of em dies in Chapter 4)
Miu: Traumatized
Kiibo: Comforting Miu

Yeah everyone's not doing great

And then let's make them more not great with the new motive: The forbidden actions!! (The thing from the Future Arc anime, I love Future Arc)

Well, they're not really forbidden actions, these are actions that people must do if they don't want someone to die, different people die depending on the action.

Himiko: If someone doesn't die in 3 days, Angie dies
Shuichi: If someone doesn't die in 3 days, you die
Kiyo: If someone doesn't die in 3 days, Rantaro dies
Miu: If someone doesn't die in 3 days, Kiibo dies
(Yeah, a lot of people die)
Kaito: Switch training routines with Kirumi for the next 3 days, or else you die
Kirumi: Switch training routines with Kaito for the next 3 days, or else you die
Gonta: Use your talent, you die
Angie: Use your talent, you die
Maki: Get injured, you die
Tsumugi: Use your right hand, you die
Rantaro: Sleep, you die
Kiibo: Don't use your wig, or else you die (Kiibo's original hair color is white, he's insecure about it so he uses a wig.)

Lots of death.
They're not allowed to tell the others their actions (not directly at least), but MonoLee will let them have the option to peek at one person's action.

Anyways, the fun part about this chapter, the protagonist changes in this chapter. Since Himiko's action involves killing someone, I thought it would be interesting if we don't show her viewpoint at all. So, now our protagonist for this chapter is ANGIE.

Himiko asks Angie about whose action they wanted to see, Himiko told Angie she looked at Maki's and Angie says she looked at Kiibo's. Little does Himiko know, Angie lied and actually looked at her action. So, the half of this chapter is mostly Angie keeping Himiko in check, because Angie doesn't want someone to die, even at the cost of her own life.

Anyways, skip forward. They find Maki dead, (People who found her: Angie, Kiyo and Kirumi) Kirumi concludes that someone triggered her action.

Not long after they find the loser- I mean Kaito dead. (People who found him: Himiko, Miu, Kiibo and Tsumugi)

So apparently Maki's death counts as a murder and not a death from the motive, however, while investigating some more the students found out that Kaito died first

(Note: The rules say that only the murderer of the first death will be executed)

Even when a few of the students say that it's irrelevant to investigate Maki's death, Rantaro still wants to investigate her murder. Unfortunately, it's impossible to find the culprit with the current evidence they have. (Miu makes a side comment about how they're lucky that Kaito died first, Kiibo immediately made her shut up.)

Finally they found the culprit of Kaito's death which is..... Kiyo.

The motive is obvious, he didn't want Rantaro to die.

Angst. Angst. Angst. Angst. Angst. Angst. Angst. Angst.

And then Kiyo dies.

And then at the end of the chapter, it shows a scene that wasn't shown earlier. It's a scene of Maki giving Angie a book and Maki whispering something to her.
