She challenged him, making him pull a fake serious face.

"Wo future ke liye sahi."

"Future mein aap bachein gay to na!"

She gave him a smack on his arm, making him laugh out as they finally entered a coffeeshop.

Their first stop had been Rome, and their hotel room looked over the city lights and the historical monuments and colorful buildings spread all around. Umeed was in awe of the sight. They had reached their room very late at night and were set to start exploring from the next day. Farjaad kept observing her as she stared out, a faint smile on his face as he adored his wife.

"Umeed ab chalo so bhi jao, subah buhat lamba din hona hai, thak jao gi."

"Haan aap so jayein, mein thori dair mein aati hoon."

He smirked, getting off the bed and walking towards her. He held her by the shoulders, turning her around to face him.

"Ye konsa honeymoon hota hai jis mein bechara aadmi akela sonay jaaye?"

His tone suggestive, making Umeed narrow her eyes.

"Aap ne hi to kaha tha, honeymoon nahi hai, bas trip hai. Hmm?"

"Mujhe to aisi koi baat nahi yaad"

"Achaaa?"

"Mhmm"

He shook his head making Umeed laugh.

"Acha okay, chalein."

She began walking towards the bed, but he grabbed her arm to stop her.

"Aik second"

"Jee, ab kya hai?"

"Wo jo tum pura jahaiz baandh kar aayi ho, us mein koi kaam ki cheez nahi rakhi?"

He bit his lower lip.

"Kaam ki cheez?"

Her eyebrows furrowed, but soon turned into understanding when she saw Farjaad's eyes trail over her T-shirts and sweatpants. A small blush creeping up her face.

"Nahi, aap ne tameez se packing karnay hi nahi di, ab bhugtein."

He narrowed his eyes at her before walking towards her suitcase, opening it and rummaging through the stuff. Umeed stifled her laugh as she watched him move some clothes aside before finding his desired object.

With a smug expression on his face, he placed the soft silk fabric in her hand and signalled her towards the changing room. Umeed grinned before pulling her along with her.

If Umeed had thought her life so far had been a fairytale, she was highly mistaken. THIS was her fairytale, and it had nothing to do with the locations, and everything to do with Farjaad's undivided attention. Farjaad had strictly informed everyone in the office to not contact her at all, unless it was a completely unsolvable issue, or the company was going bankrupt.

Umeed had never seen him this laid-back and relaxed and always up for adventure. From the piggy back ride he gave her back to their hotel in Rome to the day he bent her down into his arms and pulled her in for a passionate kiss in front of a crowded restaurant in Paris. He was surprising Umeed everyday, and she was living for it.

It was their last day of the trip and they were in Amsterdam. They had their flight back early morning. They just returned to their hotel room after breakfast and Umeed was planning her outfit for the day.
