Episode 22: When a Stranger Calls

They ran out of the store. Brooke was inside cutting oranges when she heard a knock on the door and saw Gustavo.

Brooke: Oh, so you knock now?

Gustavo: I didn't want to surprise you.

Brooke: Yeah, I might've stabbed you.

Gustavo: I heard about your dad. I'm really sorry.

Brooke: I'll be fine.

Gustavo: Listen, did you see that stuff that got uploaded on The Morgue?

Brooke: Yeah... I couldn't avoid it.

Gustavo: Audrey looks pretty bad.

Brooke: Look, Stavo, Y/N, Emma, and Audrey did not kill my dad, or Y/N's parents, or anybody else.

Gustavo: Did you really watch it? The one with Jake's body? 'Cause that was really twisted.

Brooke: I do not need this from you right now, okay?

Gustavo: Audrey was quick to point a finger at me. Maybe this is why.

Brooke: You're so wrong.

Gustavo: Am I? How...? How can you be so sure? Sometimes, the people closest to you are the ones who keep the biggest secrets.

Brooke: I think you should just go.

Gustavo: Brooke, come on!

Brooke: Just go!

Gustavo: Okay.

He leaves as Y/N, Emma, and Audrey hide from a police car.

Emma: We need a home base.

Y/N: The theater.

Audrey: We can figure out our next move there.

Emma: Yeah, that's a good idea. I'm gonna sneak around back. You two stay here and keep watch.

Audrey: Hold on! Shouldn't we ditch this?

Emma: No, not yet.

She runs off.

Audrey: What...?

Emma runs inside and reunites with Kieran.

Kieran: Thank God, Emma!

Emma: It was horrible.

Kieran: I thought that psycho had you. I thought maybe you... Where's Audrey and Y/N?

Emma: They are outside. They fine. So, what happened?

Kieran: The second killer killed the deputy, and then... and then he set us free, and then he called and he threatened and he said that... if we get caught, he's gonna kill somebody else.

Kieran: So, what are we gonna do?

Emma: I don't know. We have to think of a plan. Have you seen Eli lately?

Kieran: No, Tina's packed and gone, and Eli never came back last night.

Emma: Oh, my God... Okay, we're thinking about hiding out in the movie theater. I gotta go. The cops are everywhere.

Kieran: Hey, I'll meet you there. We'll figure this out.

Emma: Okay.

Kieran: Okay?

They kiss. Y/N and Audrey see a car pull up and see Eli.

Y/N: Crap!

Eli enters and hears voices in another room.
