Chapter 9

Shraddha's POV

When i fell down i felt someone's hand randomly wrapping around my waist but that person's hand randomly went away very quickly i looked behind and my eyes widened it was my cousin maya and she is also my bestfriend

She was sitting and her back was laying on the wall so i went towards her while sitting and hugged her tightly and started crying "Arey what happened?" She said i was about to tell her but quickly shut my mouth remembering what has happen to her also

MAYA'S LIFE BLASHBACK-

Maya was the best student of our highschool and lots of boys used to have a crush on her but she was committed to one person the love of her life Rudra he was Maya's boyfriend since ages but one day everything changed....
Someone called Maya to a hotel with her friend's phone but Maya didn't know that someone stole her friend's phone so it wasn't her but she went and then went inside the hotel room but then a boy pulled her inside and pinned her on the wall and kissed her maya tried her best but couldn't move him she begged him lots of times but he didnt listen he tried to get her clothes off and halfly raped her but maya pushed him with all strength and runned away and now she even has trauma she even tried to do a case against him but no one listened to her no one cared and she also got slapped lots of time they said is all her fault no one did a case against him but only tortured her mentally by saying things and making her remember and always slapped her even my dad and her boyfriend rudra left her saying that his parents won't allow and he left her broken

BLASHBACK OVER

"Uh uhm nothing let's just leave it" i said and quickly cleaned my tears but then she stopped the hug and looked at me seriously "You, Rishi and Abhishek are the people i trust the most and now you can't even tell me wow" she said "please Maya try to understand" i said "what should i understand just please tell me pleaseee!" She said "I can't" i said "tume meri kasam!" She said "ok ill tell but how are you back to india?" I asked "Because i think i shouldn't be scared to come here i should overcome my fear and take revenge for what happened to me" she said "goodluck" i said and smiled "now tell me!" She said "y..you see that boy" i said and pointed with my eyes and she looked where I was looking then i quickly looked at maya again and she looked at me "yes what about him" she said then i told her everything

She hugged me tightly in shock then i winced in pain then she stopped the hug "what happened!?" She said "it hurts" i said "how can they do this to you and why did that boy do this to you like ughhh now one more thing in the list take your revenge and who the fucking hell showed that video to your dad ill ruin his life now 4 people best the people who ruined our life" she said angrily "who 4 people" i said but then i felt someone's hand on my shoulder i quickly looked behind and it was Rishi (maya's brother meaning Shraddha's cousin and also her second bestfriend)

"Obviously you,Maya,Abhishek and Me i heard everything" he said and i hugged him tightly "I love you!!!" I screamed happily everyone looked at me including Kartik and i noticed that but he quickly rolled his eyes and looked somewhere else but then abhishek came and he was shocked seeing Rishi and maya he came and handshaked Maya then hugged Rishi tightly then stopped the hug "what's happening here? And how did you guys come back?" He said confusedly then we told him everything and then we all smiled looking at eachother and then we all handshaked at the same time "now byeee" Rishi said "yep bye guys our PE is done now it's your turn so bye" Abhishek said and they both left together

But then i again remembered what mum said and got scared "I know what your thinking about but don't be scared me and Rishi will stay at your house so no one will be able to do anything to you so calm down" she said and i smiled again happily then we both looked infront everyone was Running and at the first place it was Kartik i just don't know why but everytime i look at him i just want to hug him as tightly as i can and kiss him ughhh what the hell im thinking about that he left me he broke my trust i even told him that i hate him but no i don't hate him i still love him to the core i love him more then myself I can't hide these feelings even if i try i can't even tell myself that i should hate him and i can't make myself believe the truth i can't believe that he left me i wish this was a dream

Aftersome time PE ended and we were going home me and maya were talking to eachother but then stopped walking towards the gate and saw the most shocking thing ever we couldn't believe our eyes we even rubbed our eyes lots of times but it was the truth mine and Maya's eyes widened and maya's eyes even had tears now Rudra is here infront of us

But Rudra was hugging Kartik making us even more shocked Maya quickly looked somewhere else and put her hand on her mouth she was taking deep breaths but they didn't come out because she had her hand on her mouth and tears were falling from her eyes i turned around and looked at maya and tears also started coming out of my eyes and lots of deep breaths also but i let them out i quickly cleaned my tears and hers and quickly went outside but then we heard a girl cry we quickly looked behind and Saw a girl that was maya's friend in highschool some girls were bullying her and touching her hair and pushing her alot but they were next to Kartik and Rudra but maya didn't really care

Maya went towards a ball and threw it on that bully's hand the one pushing her and touching and she winced in pain Rudra and Kartik looked at us and Kartik was shocked but Rudra was even more shocked seeing maya his eyes widened

There was a song playing next to us

Maya went towards these girls and i followed her and even tried to pull Maya away the girls were scared because they knew me and throught that Maya is someone i know and that's true that's why they were quiet "stay away from her or else next time i wont only to that to your hand i will literally break your bones UNDERSTOOD" Maya said "Y..yes un... Un...derstood" they said and runned away and that girl hugged maya "thank you!" She said happily and then stopped the hug maya smiled at her and that girl left

We were about to go but Rudra was infront of Maya and this was a small place so maya couldn't go until he moves but Maya didn't say anything and just stood there they were both looking at eachother and Rudra is the only person who can make Maya weak i quickly grabbed maya's wrist and moved her behind and stood Infront of Rudra "Can you move" i said but he didn't move "Please can you just move?" I said but he still didnt but then Kartik looked at Rudra confusedly and moved him i looked at maya and she was looking down i took maya's hand and took her but i accidentally touched Kartik's hand while taking her i quickly went away from there with maya and started crying because of flashbacks of me and kartik holding hands
