Winter Torres

Relationship with other characters

Summer Torres -  (9/10) of course she loves her older sister and they do tend to get along well for the most part but they still have their moments. Where Summer is more out there and social Winter would prefer to avoid parties but always gets dragged into them by the girl. Compared to Winter Summer is the golden child, winter gets more blame then the other girl if something is to go wrong and she happens to be there during it. Summer always sticks up for her sister though to anyone, but most times Margot doesn't take what she says seriously.

Poppy Tetanui - (7/10) She loves the surfer girl, the two  becoming friends after they met....well it took a bit since Winter is pretty guarded. Poppy doesn't think that Winter is a bad person, she only did bad things but she's gotten past that point in her life. Poppy is usually the first one there to comfort her if she sees she upset. Poppy felt bad when she got with Marlon at first but Winter assured her that it was fine.

Bodhi Mercer - (8.5/10) She is really fond of her throughout season one, Bodhi trying to get her to loosen up and she even helped Winter make a "brand" for herself. They were a bit closer then Winter and Poppy but that all changed in season two. Winter happily called Bodhi out as she has no filter and hates seeing others act like they are better then the rest.

Marlon Sousa - (9/10) She adores him, he was the first decent guy she's ever fallen in love with which was shocking to summer when she found out. Marlon thinks she's great but he isn't in love with her. They spend a lot of time together as friend and joke around almost constantly. He did kiss her in the heat of the moment type of thing and he's been trying to make it up to her since she got back to Australian

Ari Gibson - (7/10) her and Ari get along surprisingly well, better then most would think. she helps him with his panic attacks as she knows how they cam be. Ari does his best to help her and take care of her with her wild ways. He's a bit more relaxed with winter then with Summer as he's seen how Winter flinches away when some reach for her, he sees how defensive she gets quickly and knows that she didn't have it easy.

Honey Gibson - (9.5/10) her favorite Gibson is Honey. The two click and Winter is very protective of Honey and no one will touch her if winter is there. They are both sassy and have low tolerance for people like Wren so they are close friends.

Manu Tetanui - (9.5/10) Manu is some sort of mentor to Winter, he helps her more then anyone else when it comes to her problems mentally and actually. He looks out for her but sometimes she is a bit much for him so she tries to be on her best behavior when he's around

Wren Radic - (2/10) She can't stand this girl, thinking she's nothing more then arrogant and a bitch. Winter has been manipulated in the past so she calls her out but Elo defends her as does Ari. She stays away from her so she won't start any fights.

Bax Radic - (10/10) They stared out as best friends, the two getting along easily..being delinquents and all. Bax is one of the few people who get her and she gets him, both know what it's like to be blamed for something you didn't do. She finds his flirty personality amazing and will flirt back with him. Bax will go after her if she is upset even when others say she just needs time he's not abandoning her when she needs him the most

Head cannons
- she has fallen into the wrong crowd in new York, she drinks and smokes and won't shy away from a fight. It's starting to worry her family but no one cared quit enough to talk to her about it except for Summer.

- she got most of her scars from fights, the most prominent one was from a knife. Someone she considered a friend was tricking her with the who jumped her. So when she thought someone had her back it was all a lie

- She used to be such a sweet girl but the way she grew up made her rough. She's mainly defensive because she's scared of getting hurt again, that's why she will move away from some people when they try to touch her.

- She's actually a really good artist and photographer but not many people get to see what she's capable of. Poppy, Manu, Marlon and Bax are some of the only ones in Australia that got to see anything of hers

- She hated being there in the first season, Summer dragged her to Poppy's party and that's why she was somewhat brought into the group though she would have rathered stay at home

- in season two she's a sub for Nationals. When Marlon and Griff got into their little bickering Winter moved up to defend Marlon but that's when Elo stepped in. She confronted Marlon and then Winter. Telling Winter "I'm sure fighting is nothing new to you. You need to watch it, we don't need someone like you on this team." It hurt Winter more then she will ever show

Couple head cannons
- Her and Marlon while never a really couple would spend so much time together and joke around. Sometimes they say close to each other to where they looked like a couple

- she really fell in love with Marlon but he didn't fall in love with her. The kiss was a heat of the moment, dramatic goodbye type of kiss. He regretted doing it because he knew that it did hurt her

- Her and Bax met during try outs, when he helped the two Torres girls get their chances. The two didn't instantly click but they liked each other's style

- it was simple Bax liked Summer who liked Ari and Winter liked Marlon who liked Poppy. So the two teamed up to try and make those they like jealous by fake dating.

- Winter and Bax ended up falling for each other. Winter was sure she did but Bax couldn't tell if he was just confusing his feelings by doing couple things with her so he did similar things with Summer and Winter and learned he liked the younger girl.

- Summer kissed Bax at the party and Winter saw it. It broke her heart but she knew that Bax wasn't her's so she convinced her mom to buy her a plane ticket. She didn't think she could stay there any longer

- Bax stopped her before she left, chasing her down towards the airport and convincing her to stay there.
