"She's right" I speaks "what?" Jay asks "Peterkin believes me, she might help. I can tell her-" I says but gets interrupts by Jay "she won't believe us Hales, it's Wards word against ours" He says
"Hey, I see Ward" Pope speaks getting our attention "let me see" Kie says walking towards him as he hands her the binoculars "doesn't look dead to me. Let's go home" Pope says
"Wait" Jay says "what?" Kie question Pope "um... okay. Obviously Mr. Cameron is fine, and even John B was here, he isn't now, okay?" Pope says
"we can't just go home without knowing what's going on with John B or where is he" I says "I have the biggest most important moment in my life in six hours" Pope says
"Yeah, well, our friend is in troubles" Kie says "and this is because Haley's dad not me" Pope says before Jay shoves him "watch your mouth" he says
"What do you want to hear from me Pope? Thats I am sorry? I am sorry, okay? I really am" I says "no he should be the one who apologises! In a time you need you're just gonna walk away?" Kie says
"I have a scholarship interview in the morning, I can't-" Pope says but Kie interrupts him "okay, well, what about John B?" Kie asks
"Why is it always about John B?" Pope asks before Jay sigh and sits down "its not always about John B, you're so stupid it would be any of you in his situation" Kie says as I sits next to Jay
"Oh, bullshit!" Pope says "guys-" Jay says "this is about friendship" Kie says "bring it down" Jay adds "this is about Pogue for life" Kie says
"What about forensic pathology, huh?" Pope says "forensic pathology?" Kie repeats "it's my life. Everything I've worked for" Pope says
"that's your priority?" Kie asks "stop with the moral high ground bullshit!" Pope says "Pope come on" Jay speaks
"Excuse me?" Kie says "No. no she has no room to talk. Where were you when big John went missing? You weren't there. You weren't there for John B, you weren't there for any of us" Pope says
"Remember your kook year?" Pope asks "Dude" Jay says "yeah you forgot about us. Now you feel guilty" he says "shut up" I says as I shoves him a few shoves before Jay pulls me back and separates us
"Cut it out all right? If I am the one meditating, we've hit the rock bottom" Jay says facing Pope "bow, now. Go!" He tells Pope as me and Kie sits next to each other
"Pope I'll drop you off" Jay says before driving away
"Jay can I maybe sleep at yours?" I asks after be dropped Kie and Pope at their houses "yeah, of course" he answers
