The water who stood by them was amiable and knowledgeable. He grinned as he approached their table. "Gentlemen, good evening. Arjun Aziz, Namaste India mein aapaka bolana khushi ki baat hai. Kya aap apana order dene ke liye taiyaar hai(It is a pleasure to have you speak at Namaste India, Arjun Aziz. Are you ready to make your orders?)" "Arjun, kya aapane pahale kabhi Hindustani khaana khaaya hai kyonki aap Pakistani hai(have you ever tried Indian food before because you are Pakistani?)" Raj asked as he turned to face Arjun. Arjun replied, "Haan, mainne kuch Hindustani vyanjan aazamae hai, lekin main un vyanjanon ka anubhav karane ko lekar utsaahit hoon jinake baare mein Priya hamesha utsuk rahati hai(Yes, I've tried a few Indian dishes, but I'm excited about experiencing the ones Priya's always raving about.)" Anurag exchanged a knowing glance with Raj. "Shaanadaar nirnay. Main vaada karata hoon aap niraash nahi honge(Superb decision. You will not be disappointed I promise.)" Anurag moved forward to ask the waiter, "Kya hum kuch snacks se shuruaat kar sakate hai(Can we start with some Indian snacks?) ", anxious to browse the menu. "Pakode, samose, aur shaayad kuch chaat(Pakoras, samosas, and perhaps some chaat?)" The waiter became really excited and his eyes lit up. "Of course!Behatareen phaisale. Main yah sunishchit karoonga ki ve appitizer sheeghr hi pahunche(Excellent decisions. I will ensure that those appetizers arrive shortly.)" The three brothers were looking forward to the munchies as they carried on their conversation. In the meantime, the experienced Indian chef was carefully and expertly preparing the food in the busy kitchen. The smell of spiced samosas and the sizzle of cooking pakoras filled the kitchen. The brothers watched in amazement as the waiter reappeared carrying a tray of appetizers, which he placed on the table and displayed in a visually appealing and delectable manner. He declared "Vo hai aapake chaat, pakaude aur samose. Apane aarambhakartaon ka aanand len(Those are your chaat, pakoras, and samosas. Enjoy your starters.)" Arjun was compelled to sample a samosa first. The spicy potato filling was a flavor explosion, and the crispy pastry melted on his lips. He said, "This is incredible!" Raj grinned. "Mukhy paathyakram ke svaad ki prateeksha kare. Hindustani vyanjan apane shaktishaali svaadon ke liye jaane jaate hai(Await the main course's flavor. Indian cuisine is known for its powerful flavors.)" Raj was absorbed in studying the menu. With glowing eyes, he declared, "Main Paneer Kadai aur Butter Chicken ke beech phaisala nahi kar pa raha hoon(I can't decide between the paneer kadai and the butter chicken.)" With a laugh, Anurag gave a pat. "Chote bhai, dono kyon nahi? Ye shaam khaas hai(Little brother, why not have both? This evening is special.)" The three of them ordered Paneer Kadai, Butter Chicken, and some naan bread when the waiter came to the table to take their orders. The conversation flowed easily while they waited for the dinner. Clearly interested in their lives, Arjun inquired about Anurag's twins and Raj's relationship. Raj responded, "Tumhe pata hai, Arjun, Priya bahut kuch sah chuki hai aur hum usaki suraksha karate hai(You know, Arjun, Priya's been through a lot, and we're protective of her)," acknowledging Arjun's care. "Haalaanki, main aap par vishvaas karata hoon kyonki main aapako bata sakata hoon ki use vaastav mein usaki paravaah hai(However, I believe you since I can tell you genuinely care for her.)" Arjun gave a sincere nod. "Main use hamesha surakshit aur prasann rakhane ka vaada karata hoon. Main tumhaari bahan se bahut pyaar karata hoon(I promise to always keep her safe and cheerful. I love your sister so much.)" As their main meals came, a delicious selection of dishes quickly crowded the table. They enjoyed aromatic basmati rice, a variety of freshly made naan bread, soft paneer simmering in rich spices, and butter chicken with its creamy tomato sauce. As they savored the Indian delicacies, the brothers shared the meals and served one another. They were in culinary heaven when they tasted the earthy spice of the paneer, the deep, flavorful sauces, and the delicious buttery chicken. When they had finished their main courses, the server asked, "Kya aap hamaare mithai menu ko aazamaana chaahate hai? Hum aam ki lassi, rasagulla aur gulab jaamun sahit kai prakaar ki mithaiyaan pradaan karate hai(Want to try our dessert menu? We provide a range of desserts, including mango lassi, rasgulla, and gulab jamun.)" Raj turned to face Arjun and said, "Arjun, jaane se pahale tumhe bhaarateey mithaiyaan chakhani hongi. Ve sachamuch divy hai(you have to try Indian desserts before you leave. They really are divine.)" Nodding, Arjun was keen to find out more. "Zaroor, hum har cheez mein se thoda-thoda lenge(Sure, we'll take a little bit of everything.)" When the sweet finale to their dinner finally arrived, they savored it. The rasgulla's delicate texture and cardamom-infused syrup delighted their taste buds, while the gulab jamun, soft and dripping with sugar syrup, became an instant favorite. The restaurant door opened as Arjun, Raj, and Anurag were enjoying the sweet ending of their Indian dinner. Arvind, Priya's brother-in-law, and Anjana's husband entered. His eyes brightened as he noticed their table as he scanned the busy eatery. Raj was the first to notice Arvind as he approached. Leaping from his chair, he hurried to meet him. "Arvind, mere bhaiya! Theek samay par, tum aa gaye(Arvind, my bhaiya! Just in time, you are.)" Hearty and welcoming, Arvind stroked Raj's hair and gave him a huge hug. "Mujhe is paarivaarik raatribhoj mein shaamil hona tha. Sabake saath kya ho raha hai(I had to attend this family dinner. What's up with everyone?)"  Arjun offered a warm hand to Arvind after Raj and Anurag introduced them. "Arjun, aapase milakar khushi hui(it's a pleasure to meet you)," Arvind smiled brightly. Raj added, "Hum sirf parivaar aur kuch utkrsht bhaarateey vyanjanon ke baare mein baat kar rahe the, Arvind. Please hamase jude(We were just talking about family and having some outstanding Indian cuisine, Arvind. Join us, please.)" Arvind sat down at the table with happiness, and the waiter moved quickly to make accommodations for the guest. He asked Arvind, "Kya aap kuch khaana ya peena chaahenge sir(Would you like something to eat or drink, sir?)" After taking a peek at the menu, Arvind ordered a mango lassi and lamb curry. With a nod, the server went back to the kitchen, allowing the group to carry on with their conversation. "Aapaki aur Priya ki mulaakaat kaise hui(How did you and Priya meet?)" Arvind asked Arjun as he took a seat. Grinning, Arjun was eager to tell the story. "Hum apani pahali mulaakaat ke liye kisi relave steshan ya kisi charity amaaroh mein nahi milenge. Vah chattaan ke kinaare se girane ke kagaar par thi. Main apani pareeksha mein asaphal ho gaya tha, phir bhi mujhe use bachaane ke liye majaboor mahasoos hua. Jaise hi hamaari najaren mileen, mujhe usase pyaar ho gaya. Lekin premi hone se pahale, hum pratidvandvi aur dost the. Hamane baatacheet shuru karane ke baad, jaisa ki ve kahate hain, baaki sab itihaas hai. Yah romance, romaanch, junoon, tanaav aur galataphahami se bhari ek lambi kahaani hai. Vaastav mein ise ek film mein tabdeel kiya jaana chaahiye(We won't be meeting at a train station or at a charity function for our first meeting. She was on the verge of falling off the edge of the cliff. I had failed my test, yet I felt compelled to save her. I fell in love with her the moment we exchanged glances. But before being lovers, we were rivals and friends. After we started conversing, the rest is history, as they say. It's a lengthy tale full of romance, adventure, passion, tension, and miscommunication. It really ought to be turned into a movie.)" With great attention, Arvind listened, and before long, the subject of conversation shifted to hobbies, common interests, and family stories. The love and unity among Priya's family members impressed Arjun. The waiter came back carrying Arvind's lamb curry and mango lassi with a couple of naans, grinning as he put them down on the table. After taking a drink of the lassi, Arvind said, "Isaka svaad laajavaab hai! Mujhe khushi hai ki main aap sabhi se jud saka(This tastes fantastic! I'm happy I could join you all.)" The rest of the evening was spent telling stories, laughing, and exchanging sincere emotions. Arjun, Raj, Anurag, and Arvind became closer as they enjoyed the delicious Indian food and the comfort of their newfound friendship. With its aromatic spices and delicious food, the restaurant served as the perfect setting for a memorable evening of bonding and family time.
