Once you have acquired all the items, you and your guests will need to assemble at midnight in whichever room in the house you collectively feel is the most special and important to you.
First, you need to write the words 'Stranger, Where are thou?' on one side of the paper. On the other side of the paper, write the words 'We Challenge Thee.' Each one of your friends and you will have to sign their names under the words.
Finally, you will need to seal the piece of paper in the envelope and open all the doors and windows to the house. This will summon the uninvited guest or the stranger and allow the game to begin.
For the next five hours or until sunrise, the stranger will enter one of your friends' bodies (it could be you too), acting and appearing nearly identical to them."
