"Easy girl. It's alright Garnet, I won't hurt you. Tell us what's wrong? Why did you go crazy with that man?" She said in a soothing tone. Her hand touched the dragons snout and it relaxed under her weight.

"He wouldn't let me into his mind so we could go on with the training." Said a gentle female voice in their heads. Hiccup and the others looked to Eret for an explanation but Eret put a finger to his lips and motioned for them to listen.

"Is that so?" Kierra asked letting them hear what was being said.

"This is why I don't think most humans should be trusted with this new breed of dragons." Snapped a male voice.

"Scorn you shouldn't be so rude. I know which humans to trust with these dragons." Kierra said frowning in the direction of the red dragon.

"You are so quick to judge yet you are blinded by what you cannot see." Said another male voice. Scorn turned to Moonfire and snarled at him.

"So quick to judge eh?"

"I suppose this is why Thorn didn't wish to have any offspring. They have his temper." Said a female voice. The gang guessed it was the Deathsong who had said it.

"Why you little-"

"Enough!" Kierra shouted out loud instead of speaking with her mind. Everyone was taken back. "Enough arguing you two. You wish to settle this dispute then do it on your own time. Right now we have some work to do." She began to unsaddle the Monstrous Nightmare before turning to them.

"Snotlout will you please bring Garnet's rider over please?"

"Sure then." Scorn dumped both Snotlout and Garnet's rider onto the floor. Snotlout grabbed the mans arm and led him to the dragon.

"No please I don't want to! I don't care if I was chosen for a reason don't make me get on her again!" The man screamed trying to get away from the Monstrous Nightmare who looked at Kierra and gave her the I-told-you-so look.

"Oh come on stop being such a baby. Just climb onto her back and show her who's boss." Snotlout said releasing the mans arm and climbing onto Garnet. She growled angrily at him but he payed no mind to her.

"Umm Snotlout you do realize that she is much different than any of your Monstrous Nightmares right?" Kierra called out backing away from them with the man cowering behind her.

"Relax future miss Eret. I got this handled. It's easy as-AHHHHHH!" Garnet tossed him high into the air, set her tail on fire and slapped him with it like a bat. Luckily he landed right into a water barrel.

"Whoa... now that is something not even we want to do." Tuffnut said to his twin.

"Yeah as much as we like to do dangerous and stupid stuff this with new dragons is something completely different. Look into her eyes she's got intelligence that even Toothless doesn't have!" Ruffnut said nodding in agreement. Everyone including Snotlout gathered around Garnet and saw it.

The look in her eyes was much different than of a regular dragons. You could see pure intelligence that was much different than that of a dragon and even of a human.

"Amazing. She must be more intelligent than the smartest human." Whispered Hiccup. Kierra smiled at him and scratched Garnet under the chin.

"I'm flattered by your comment but I don't consider all of my kind to be that intelligent. But yes even we can be wiser than most humans." Garnet said to Hiccup allowing her voice to be heard to the others. There was a roar and a beautiful bright blue Zippleback, a green Gronckle, a sunset colored Deadly Nadder and several other dragons that were unusual colors landed in the arena.

Kierra walked to them and they all crowded around her. Many nuzzled her aggressively and others did it gently. She stroked there heads and communicated with them in a different language. Several got bored and walked to the group.

"So these are the dragons you were talking about? They look like all the ones that we got." Hiccup said rubbing the snouts of both of the blue Zipplebacks. "What's so special about them besides that they could talk like your dragons?"

"Oh would you like to see?" Flora asked her eyes shining brightly.

"Oh boy here we go." Loan muttered. Several dragons left the pen but the blue Zippleback and a white Monstrous Nightmare stayed.

Kierra walked forward and held her hands out. She pointed to the blue Zippleback and gave it a command in the strange language she spoke in earlier. The Zippleback nodded, spread it's wings and flew up. Then it dove down.

"You think we should move?" Astrid asked. Everyone nodded and scrambled to a corner. The Zippleback grabbed it's tails and once it hit the ground it released its gas and sparks.

But strangely the gas wasn't a normal green color. It was a pale blue and when it created a fiery pinwheel the flames came out blue instead of the regular color of flames.

Then the white Monstrous Nightmare set itself on fire and the flames that danced on its body were white.

"Whoa how did they do that?" Fishlegs asked in awe.

"There is magic running in their blood. Their parents are a mix our dragons and yours. We had created a new species of dragon. They could pass off for one of your dragons but the thing that sets them aside is their ability to use magic." Kierra answered as the other dragons flew off while theirs remained. "Now, on with the tour?"
