And like that, you found yourself standing at the door of your newly bought house, a few boxes on your tired arms as you made space besides the other ones that rested on the floor, brushing off a bit of dust off the top of those.
After a few more boxes pilled up with the other ones, you stood quietly in the middle of the dust-filled living room, a sudden crack of the wooden floor making your head perk up in surprise and curiousity.
The crack apparently sounded from either downstairs or upstairs, you couldn't quite tell which was the correct one.
