Chapter 9

Taylor's POV:

The plane landed,
"Ready to go?" I asked Sab
"Yep, Need me to carry any bags for you?" She watched me pick up Evelyn who is half asleep
"Its okay i'll manage to be fair id probably need to get used to it" she nodded and put her airpods in her ears
"Making sure I know definitely know the lyrics of selena's song" I nodded, we walked out of the plane and down the plane steps where we met some bodyguards we then walked through the airport where the paparazzi aren't allowed. Once we met the blinding flashes of the cameras I tightened my grip on Ev, now I have a child I know it's my job to protect her and that is exactly what I am going to do.
Sabrina climbed into the car first, as usual, and I followed her in first setting Ev down in her carseat, plugged her belt in and placed her head on my lap.
"So this is what swifties mean when they say mother is mothering?" Sab joked
"Im not sure, how about you tell me? You're a swiftie aren't you?" her face flushed red which caused me to giggle a bit she joined in, im not sure how Evelyn slept through the whole plane ride and car journey, But if this girl doesn't have enough energy for the tonight i'm not sure what i'm gonna do.
Ev sat up quickly
"What's wrong baby?" I hugged her
"Nothing." She mumbled
"Sure?" She nodded
"Aweeeeee" Sabrina squealed "I can give you the answer, yes this is what we call mother is mothering thank you very much"
"Well, thanks for the explanation I understand it now"
"Mommy?" Ev asked
"Yeah?"
"Are we nearly there yett"
"Nearlyyyy" I copied her

We got out the car this time I insisted on hiding Ev's face because the amount of paparazzi there was, she could have been trampled over, I am exaggerating but I don't want her hurt by some stupid paparazzi who don't know how to give celebrities the tiniest bit of privacy, anyways, we walked into the hotel.

"Name?" The receptionist asked
"Taylor Swift" The receptionist didn't flinch which I was so relieved of
"Here is your key"
"Thank you" she handed me a key I stepped to the side and waited for Sabrina to get her key
"Name?" The receptionist repeated
"Sabrina Carpenter"
"Here is your key"
"Thanks!" Sabrina picked up her key
"What number are you Sab?" She looked down at her key
"12A what about you, though I could probably guess"
"13A" we said in unison, we nodded and head up in the elevator.

"See you later?" Sab asked
"See you!" I smiled
"Byee" Ev waved
"Byee" Sabrina waved back
Now Ev is fully awake I need to entertain her while I freshen up. I hand her my phone and put youtube on it for her.

I showered and re-applied some makeup and brushed my hair. I put on a new sweatshirt and jeans (A/N I am not calling trousers pants that is just way too weird sorry)
"Time to shower baby"
"Ok one minute" Ev replied, I picked her up and helped her shower, I decided i'll give her a junior jewels top which looked like a dress on her so I gave her tights to wear with them instead of jeans or trousers (dont come for me if you do swear down ill kill off Evelyn or smth- not really) I waited for Ev so I could do her hair, she came out wearing her clothes and they looked so cute on her!
"Can you do my hair?"
"Mhm, come here" I sat her down on my lap and began to braid her hair into two small braids
"Ohmygosh I love them so much!" she twirled around
"I'm glad!" I texted Sabrina to ask if she was ready
