Life is always tough for the people who with live a single mother .. as mom always says a picture perfect family is incomplete without a father and she was right our family is incomplete and mom has been working her ass of for all of us .I feel miserable seeing her like this but I have nothing to do about it because I'm to young to work is there even a way out ugh I don't think so
" Trinity get moving you are going to miss the train" UGH I never EVER wanted to go and live with aunt Mary in Manhattan but as life would have it surprise surprise :( I just had to go because mom and both my siblings visa came out and guess what mine was rejected :(
Mom has been struggling ever since dad left us but gracefully she got an idea and applied an online job which she got accepted but the only condition was for her to move from the US to go to Canada .. Mom took her savings and invested it for our travels but when my application for visa was rejected mom had no choice but to leave me to her close friend which is aunt Mary and she lives in Manhattan
What's a better way to make your mom happy than giving her what she desire which is to not ruin this big opportunity for them as a thirteen year old girl my mom never even got a chance see how I got my first period and I still need her to be a part of my life I wasn't ready to let her go
My eyes filled with tears on our way to the rail station nothing positive came to my mind at the moment because I only had one thought "MY MOM" and still couldn't imagine leaving my entire family .
" Trinny don't stress about it you know your mom is hard working and that she'll never abandon you ; you are my first child and living with aunt Mary is only temporarily ; once I get money and all the legal document I will surely call you to come live with me " mom said but as I felt hopeless I only felt as if I was stabbed harder on my back but I just prayed for all this end
The train from Houston to Manhattan arrived and I had to leave ; Mom held my hand tightly and said" pray for me and tell God to help me so everything should go well and you should join me asp " with tears filled in my eyes I hugged her tightly and assured her that i'll pray for her everyday so that I can see her again
GOOD BYE MOM I said as I entered the train
