After my drama lesson, I went to the cafeteria to get some tortilla chips and a cart in of juice, as it was Friday, I got some money to buy food. I walked out of the cafeteria, and onto the field where I saw JC waiting.
"I need to tell you something." He said. My heart was pounding, the nausea and my worries increased. I knew what he was going to say, but I was still a nervous wreck. I offered him a tortilla chip as we walked down the field.
"So, I-I-I." He stuttered a lot, he was clearly nervous too. We stopped walking.
"I kinda, uhm, like you." I couldn't tell, but I bet my face went a fluorescent red, my friends could see it from the top of the hill. I jolted back, and without thinking just said,
"Oh Jesus Christ! Me too, Oh my god!" I smiled, from ear to ear and looked up to see him doing the same.
"Wait really?!" He said shocked. I nodded.
We began to make our way back up the hill, and we saw E make a heart with her hands. I crossed my arms and tried not to smile and act annoyed. Suddenly, E and C started chasing after me screaming,
"WHAT DID YOU SAY, WHAT DID YOU SAY?!" I told them I said yes and they both screamed in unison.
