Elena's POV
I hugged my parents, said goodbye and jumped in the plane. I was holding my best friend Ella's arm closely, not wanting to lose her in the crowded place. We chatted while searching our seats, and sat down.
The time went fast, almost non-existent.
When we arrived, we both grabbed our luggage and went to the hotel with a bus. The whole class got together in the hall and our teacher got the attention.
"So, as we all know we'll be rooming in pairs. These pairs have been made by me. Ashley and Madeline in room 302.."
All the girls got a room with another girl, and te boys with the boys. I didn't hear my name yet, and I was anxious for my roommate for the week.
"We've got an uneven pair of boys and girls, so for this one time, Elena Mayfield and Chase Jones will be roomed together. Room 567 for you." My mouth flew open at the sound of me being roomed with my enemy. I looked at him and he gasped too. "Excuse me miss, this can't be. I can't be paired with her. I can't. I really can't!" I heard him rant. "Why not Chase? It's not like your allergic. Stop whining and search up your roommate. Give her this pass." She handed him two roompasses and walked away. Fuck.
I saw him walking towards me and I groaned, snatched the pass and walked over to an elevator. I pushed the button frantically till the doors opened, and I jumped in. I pushed the button that said "5th" and pushed close, but the doors were kept apart by a hand, which was attached to none other then.. chase.
"Do you really have to follow me?" I said being annoyed as hell. "Watch your attitude, remember, we share a room hon."
"Hon"?!
We stood awkwardly in the elevator, and it seemed like forever before we heard a soft "ping" and he doors went open. I practically ran out and pushed the card against the scan, but it bleeped red. I tried it again, and again, but it didn't work. I slowly turned around with a sheepish look on my face and looked up at Chase. I nodded to his pass.
He scoffed and leaned forward right next to me, scanned his card and opened the door. My eyes scanned the room, and so did Chase. We both gasped at the sight of something horrible.
