5 hours before,................
The dinning hall was silent only to he sound of spoons and knives was heard all over the dinner hall owned by alpha family of four people two bothers with their parents living in luxurious mansion .

Stepping outside the car I saw a male omega with twins crossing the road careless a speedy car came crushing on them the omega shield his and being thrown with his kids aside the road People were still shocked with the accident and it seems the car run off leaving the family I decided to move there
Steve call ambulance peaking on him he had that relieved face seeing his kids are fine he closed his eyes "Hey hey don't fall asleep hey " shaking his shoulder the ambulance
PRESENT
The male omega was rushed to the ER the nurse came to consult us on his emergency operation
"Are you his alpha "smiling at me i was carrying both twins on my arms

" Can you check my twins seems to have bruises"
" Okay let's head inside" after check up nothing was wrong only few bruises that were given anti pain and we are sat on the waiting area outside operation room after three hours the man was sent to a private ward after settling the doctor came in
"Well gentlemen his life is out of danger he has concussion, five broken ribs and one open fracture on his left foot so let's wait for him to heal "# sorry I don't know Abt medicine stuff#
"When will he wake up" doctor while patting one of the twin head
"Soon he will be prescribed high dose of painkiller and drugs for convulsion he will be needing alot time for bed rest"
"Thanks doctor "
"Don't worry it's my job see you later"
Well what mess did I drag myself into now this male needs my help hundred percent .I look at Steve and sigh
"Master let me bring lunch and change of the clothes since both of you are drenched in his blood" I nodded and he left.
Looking at the twins watching the male with sorrow and painful expression li stand walking towards them patting their heads
"Is he your mother?" I see the blue eyed look at me then his other twin
"Yes he is our mother" the brown eyed twin answered while playing with his hand ,tubes and wire was attached to his thin body and his pheromones were slowly filling the room
"Let's sit on the couch I need to know your names and If you have any relative to call then filling your little stomach and taking a little nap waiting for mommy to wake up okay "
They looked at each other convincing each other to follow me to the couch slowly the move to the couch and sat Steve enter in the room with clothes and food setting on the table beside us
"Names please I'm Loui Morris so I need to know your names "
"I'm luke "the blue eyed pointed to himself I nod
"I'm Luka" the brown eyed I smile
after that we are had bath taking lunch with Steve the twins took a nap I decided to finish my other work there untill the sun set
