Jasmine's POV

Things over the last few weeks have been weird, but the good kind of weird.

Ever since we almost kissed that night on the yacht, JJ and I had developed this flirty banter which we kept within the walls of the house.

Any time we got together alone we flirted as if we didn't have a very long and tumultuous history together. We flirted and laughed along like we were strangers that wanted nothing more than to end up in each other's bed.

It wasn't like I wanted it to happen, but it just did naturally. We would be talking normally and then suddenly the compliments would start to flow.

Things looked like they were reaching a point where one of us would be forced to make that move that would spark everything that comes after.

I was very aware of this but I wanted to let things happen naturally and tonight felt like something was waiting to happen.

Kiara was over at Mom's apartment as they wanted to spend some time together, meaning it was only me and JJ in the house.

I half wanted to go with Kiara to meet mom but I had some work to do back at home so I decided against it and stayed back.

JJ was out at a Sidemen shoot which meant I had the house to myself and I made use of the time making videos and cleaning around my room.

It was late in the evening by the time JJ arrived. He had messaged me saying he would bring us dinner, so I sat there starving and snacking on grapes when he walked in with 2 large pizza boxes and loads of bags.

I took the pizza boxes from him and placed them on the table as he fell down on the sofa next to me with a sigh.

"What's with the bags..." I asked him looking around as he smiled.

"We made a shopping video where we brought stuff for each other. Tobi brought for me and he got you some stuff too." He said handing me a few bags that had some jewellery and some designer stuff.

Me and JJ sat on the couch talking about our days for a while. I was nowadays always smiling and laughing when I was around him and it was an amazing feeling. It felt like the old days.

"Come on let's get some dinner, I'm starving." He said as he went to heat up the pizzas that had cooled down during the duration of our talk.

I moved to the kitchen after cleaning up and putting the stuff away in my room. JJ was just plating up as I walked up to him.

"A Pepperoni Delight for you m'lady." He said pulling out my chair for me to take my seat.

We sat and devoured the pizzas as we maintained small talk and flirted subtly. JJ had even reached out his hand on the table and our fingers touched slightly as we moved our hands closer. He had also brought out a bottle of wine as we had decided that we would make most of the night we had alone to ourselves.

Everything felt perfect.... Good food , good talk and great company , what more can anyone possibly ask for.

We cleaned up after dinner and moved to the couch as we put on the TV to some random channel and continued drinking from our bottle of wine as we laughed along, completely lost in our own little world.

"How did I ever let you go?" JJ said with a sigh as he cupped my face.

"You were stupid back then." I said with a giggle as he nodded with a smile.
