MOONLIGHT. The Top Ranking High School in Japan where all the royalty, nobles, and titled people go to. With high quality classes and a good environment, going to MOONLIGHT was everyone's dream. It's where THE GOOD STUDENTS belongs to.
SUNRISE. The Bottom Ranking High School in Japan is where people who can't afford expensive fees go to. The classes are normal with a poor environment and students might be troublemakers but fun, going to SUNRISE was everyone's nightmare. It's where THE BAD STUDENTS belongs to.
Two High Schools were asked to combine together into one.

14 mixtures of GOOD STUDENTS and BAD STUDENTS were asked to be the New School Council.
People always wonder what it was like in the Office of School Council when 14 different personalities of students were asked to work together ?
However, little did they know. All of them learn a very important lesson from each other.
