Methods are one of the things about shifting that can confuse you quite alot, so I will explain what each one does, which ones have weirder symptoms, and my experinces with the most popular ones.
The first one: The Raven Method.
THE STEPS: lie down on your back in a starfish position and begin counting to a hundred while saying affirmations like “I am shifting,” “I will shift,” etc.
It is the most popular method, and it perfect for beginners, but once you are expirenced it gets stupid. Try not to attempt to shift everyday.
It is also about the same thing as the Julia method. The symptoms are basic, or just not there. 5/10
Second Method: The Julia Method.
THE STEPS:
Focus on the details of your Desired Reality.
Meditate for 5 to 10 minutes.
Repeat a mantra of positive affirmations.
Count to 100 slowly.
Recite identity affirmations.
Visualize your Desired Reality.
Open your eyes.
I quite like this method more than the Raven method, though I always fall asleep while doing so. But guided meditations can help you stay focused. The symptoms are normal, or just not there. 6/10
Last Method: Pillow Method.
THE STEPS:
Step 1: Write a Script and Some Shifting Affirmations. The first step of performing the Pillow method is to write a shifting script if you haven't already. ...
Step 2: Place the Paper(s) Beneath your Pillow. ...
Step 3: Fall Asleep.
It is the best method (and the easist) for anyone tbh!
I really do recomend it, but if you don't want to write somthing out, you can just fill out a script template from Wattpad, do my script templates, or do the self temp on the LIFA app (I forgot to say, but there are MANY good templates on Notion!) than just read it before you shift. It has basic symptoms, its diffrent for everyone though. 9.5/10

Place yourself in a comfortable position and lie down. ...
Make a choice between one or more affirmations. ...
Keep your attention on the audio. ...
Synchronizing your breathing with the audio. ...
Count down with breath. ...
Repeat your affirmations.
This on I prefer to use a guided meditation for this method, the one I use is the alliur adhd guided meditation! It also has good symptoms. 10/10!
