"Do what you want, brother." As he said that, Ran immediately remembered something that he heard from both Sanzu and Kakucho earlier. Thus, he grinned widely.
"Wait. Is this about the woman you kissed earlier in the club?" The long-haired male literally halted in his tracks as he heard that.
"What?"
"You know, the girl with black hair and glasses. They told me that she had quite a weird sense of style."
He couldn't say anything back. So those two saw what he did.
"I didn't know that your taste took a turn, lil' bro. Mind telling me all about her—" He cut his brother off.
"It's not what you're thinking."
"She was just some weirdo who got played with by her friends, that's all. I had no interest in such a weird, boring nerd." Was what he straightly said to his brother before leaving ahead in his Cadillac.
That's what he said but...fate seems to have other plans for him.
"Sir Rindou, I have a report." His pair of purples eyed his executive assistant, Kawari Shizukana, a 40-year-old woman who has been in service with the Haitani Brothers ever since they were teenagers. Serious, quiet, reliable, and loyal.
Just like Sanzu who had trouble trusting people, the brothers were the same. Or perhaps, all of them in Bonten select well whom they trust.
"What is it, Kawari?" he asks while having his breakfast and scrolling his phone at the same time.
"There is a viral manga online which was uploaded last night." He heard his assistant say and puts the IPad in front of him, but he didn't bat an eye at it first. He is still busy looking at the recent upload of the most perfect woman he had laid his eyes on.
"Why does it concern me?" he asks seriously, while still admiring the post in the social media when his assistant suddenly blurted something that he didn't expect.
"The main character has your face, Sir."
It literally took him seconds before mustering a reply.
"What?" He then peeks at the IPad. As soon as he saw it, his eyes widened and he almost choked on his breakfast.
"What in the fucking hell is this? Who the fuck did this?!"
