It would be quite awkward to go to a friends house only to have them ask you "what are you reading?" And you gave them a silly answer like "To Kill A Mockingbird." This book will impress, astonish, intrigue, and even make one feel envious of your greatness. For you are very intelligent to be reading this book. I recommend reading this in the shower, especially when you plan to read after your shower, because if you didn't read this book first, you wouldn't know how to read your next book. It's always best to be prepared.
Reading this book in front of anyone is going to impress them greatly, but avoid very crowded public places, like buses, airplanes, cars, Shibuya crossing in Tokyo, the streets of New York City or Paris, and highways. Reading in the vehicles will make you sick, and reading on busy streets is just crazy! You might miss a near by food stand or street performer!
