The Great Forge

"Onward, Mandalorians! To the Forge!" The Mandalorian with the white hair said loudly.

People busied themselves with their jobs as they got the ship ready, turning cranks and pushing levers. It didn't take long for the ship to start up and begin to rumble along. As we rolled away, the engine of Bo-Katan's ship roared to life as the armorer took off from the planet's surface. Her plan had been to take the injured and sick Mandalorians back to the ship above so they could get the help they needed.

We drove across the vast terrain for a while, the sky was thick with storm clouds as thunder crackled in the distance, I felt grateful that it hadn't rained on us yet.

Paz Vizsla and Axe Woves sat across from each other at a table as they played a game. So far the atmosphere felt relaxed, nothing seemed wrong, but that changed very quickly.

"You can't move an Enforcer like that." Axe Woves stated in annoyance

"It's a flank jump. And you're about to submit." Paz said with a hint of boasting in his tone.

"But only the wing Guard can flank jump." Axe stated

"The Enforcer moved like a Wing Guard when it's flanking." Pax stated like it's obvious

"These primitives make up their own rules for everything." Axe Woves said to his friends. My eyes widened at his words and the air shifted. That's not going to go down well in the slightest. Paz very quickly stood up and unsheathed his vibroblade.

"Seriously?" Axe Woves asked exasperatedly

"Submit or fight." Paz stated with a shrug

"Can you believe this?" Axe Woves asked his friends rhetorically. He sat in silence for a moment before he suddenly leapt up and used his jetpack for more momentum. He kicked Paz in the head and went straight over him.

Paz Vizsla and Axe Woves immediately began to fight each other in hand to hand combat. The two men looked angry as they threw punch after punch at eachother.

"Should I step in?" Din asked Bo from beside me

Neither side can step in. It was bound to happen sooner or later." Bo-Katan said

"Technically I'm not on either." I said as I moved to step forward. I was stopped by Bo as she gently grabbed my shoulder.

"I know you're not, but it's best to just let this happen. You can step in if one of them is close to killing the other." Bo-Katan explained. I hesitated for a moment before I nodded and stepped back. Turning my attention back to the fight at hand.

I watched with furrowed brows as the men took turns in knocking each other over onto the ground and slashing at each other with their blades. Every now and then, one of them would get too close and my fingers would twitch. I was trying to decipher when I should step in and use the force to pull them apart. Though it turned out that I didn't have to strip in at all, as a figure suddenly stepped in between the two men and held them apart.

Grogu used IG-12 to stop the two men from fighting. He then repeatedly hit the no button on the control to show them that he wanted them to stop fighting. The two men stared each other down before they backed away from one another and the fight was over. I smiled softly at the child as he brought the fight to an end.

"You taught your apprentice well." Bo said

"He didn't learn that from me." Din said with a small shrug

"He's keeping the peace, it's a Jedi thing." I said with a smile.

The air of Mandalore had a calming scent, the ozone and the rain gave it an earthy smell that I couldn't help but enjoy. It reminded me of my home planet. The smell of the trees after a rainstorm had passed through. Though my calm moment was interrupted by the sense of danger that put my senses on alert. The hair on the back of my neck stood up as I sensed something big coming for us.
