What if Sakura left with Sasuke?

Naruto having Jiraiya and Kakashi training him changes everything not only would Naruto be a lot stronger than originally and learns change in chakra nature and the Rasenshuriken much sooner. As for Sakura her training under Orochimaru means she doesn't learn medical ninjutsu but she does become a much more powerful genjutsu user since we know it ie her specialist.

After the timeskip Team 7 would need replacement members meaning that Sai is introduced to the story much sooner than originally and all 3 would have to take the bell test happens much differently. Other than that though the Kazekage Recuse arc happens much the same but when we get to the scene where Kankuro is poisoned where a major change occurs, unless the replacement member replacing Sakura is just as skilled as Sakura was in the original timeline medical ninjutsu then Kankuro dies here. The story would progress much the same until we get to the scene with Deidara and Sasori with Gaara's corpse but Kakashi would stop him like he did originally the Deidara fight happens much the same but Naruto having the Rasenshuriken changes everything meaning Deidara gets one shot and the fight ends much sooner than originally and Deidara likely dies here. After retrieving Gaara's body, Naruto and Kakashi would join Sai, another replacement, and Chiyo in the battle against Sasori and they would all stomp him and Chiyo kills Sasori and Sasori reveals Orochimaru's hideout at the Tenchi Bridge.

The story progresses much the same as originally until we get to the Tenchi Bridge arc where I do think Naruto upon seeing Orochimaru would go berserk like originally and but the biggest difference is when Sai encounters Sasuke. Sakura is likely there to check on Sasuke as he is sleeping but as this happens she encounters Sai and stays on guard asking Sai what are his intentions, while Sai has his snakes at the ready Sai reveals he intends to bring her and Sasuke back to Konoha which would shock Sakura and cause her to hesitate, Sai would notice this and points out that Sakura appears to be conflicted she left the village with Sasukr but she has conflicting emotions to which causes Sakura to be silent for a moment and stutter but before she could speak, Sasuke would spring out the bed charging at Sai with his Chidori which would cause an explosion which would catch Naruto, Yamato, and Sakura's replacement's attention. Naruto would then be reunited with his former teammates with Sakura being in tears at the sight of seeing Naruto again. When Sai tells Sasuke and Sakura about how Naruto never gave up on them. Sasuke would of course call Naruto naïve but Sakura would be in absolute tears saying how she never forgotten about Naruto to which Naruto would respond with the same question he asked 3 years ago which is why did Sakura leave the village, Sakura would respond by saying she wanted to be there for Sasuke but she begins to stutter being unable to finish her sentence as she wanted to tell Naruto she did this to save Sasuke but couldn't. After that the story progresses much the same Sasuke would still attempt to kill Naruto much to Sakura's horror but Sai would step in and the battle plays out much the same with Orochimaru and Kabuto stepping in like they did originally as the move on to the next hideout much to Sakura's relief as she didn't want Sasuke to kill Naruto.

From here most of the story progresses much the same as it did originally after Sasuke kills and absorbs Orochimaru and recruits Team Hebi you're likely going to see Sakura form rivalry with Karin over Sasuke much like she did with Ino. The Itachi Pursuit mission happens much the same but with Deidara dead much earlier than originally means that Sasuke encounters Itachi's clone a lot sooner than originally and Sakura is there alongside Jugo, Suigetsu, and Karin when Kisame tells them to wait. The story progresses much the same Itachi would die battling Sasuke, and a major change occurs after Itachi's death, Sakura thought that everything is all good and Sasuke comes back to the village as he finally got his revenge however because Obito would've told Sasuke the truth about Itachi causing Sasuke to just take revenge on Konoha, Sakura would be shocked and vows to be strong enough to wash away the darkness in Sasuke's heart, though she didn't say it out loud Obito would notice this and question Sakura if she's truly was to go so far with Sasuke even if it meant destroying Konoha to which Sakura would say she would however Obito would noticed that she's lying.
