" MM-MM ....Karkles .... is an ass .. " Dave says as he wraps his arms around my waist " dirk ..... i love ... you bro " Dave continues to say in his sleep.

" i love you too Dave " i say knowing that he cant hear me.

" i got drunk last night " he said asleep

" why ? " i asked no idea why i am asking

"Karkles broke up with me " he answered still asleep

"Dave you know you didn't have to drink" i said i had no clue how he was answering

" yeah i did " he said voice cracking slightly. he slightly snored after finishing his sentence

" you didn't" i reply still no idea how he can hear me

" i couldn't get Karkles or you out of my mind " he said his voice cracking slightly

" what do you mean by me ? " i asked not wanting to really know the answer

" i like you " he replied it was like he was awake

i woke Dave up not want to hear that any more." do you know what you were saying in your sleep. " i asked him hoping he knew

" Dirk i don't talk in my sleep " he replied

" you sure " i ask him holding back some tears

" oh its just you said something " i didn't want to continue this conversation.

" tell me what i said " he slightly begged

" you said you were drinking last night because of ... " i went silent near the end of my sentence
