Bam Bam Bam Bam Bam!

I jumped at the sound of banging and sat up in my bed. Rome and Amir was passed out asleep in the bed beside me and the clock on my nightstand read one thirty-three a.m. I quickly grabbed my house coat and sped to the door, looking out of the peephole.

"Sky! What the hell is going on?" I swung the door open. Her eyes were red and swollen and it was clear that she had been crying.

"He's cheating on me." She cried. I pulled her into a hug, pulling her in the house.

"Sky, you have to cut this shit out! Do you know how late it is? You can't keep-"

"Look." She pulled away from me, handing me her phone.

I examined the picture and as clear as day, Cash was entering a hotel room hand in hand with another woman. I continued scrolling and a mixture if anger and hurt took over me.

"How could he do this?" I asked no one in particular.

She broke down again as I sat there feeling bad for my friend. My sister.

"Afta' everything I've done for him Natasha. When he got shot, who helped him heal? Who was there!? Me!? When he was sick! When he doubted his self! It was me!"

"Calm down, ok?" I rubbed her shoulder. "Think about that baby. You can't keep upsetting yourself."

"Ima kill him! Natasha, ima kill him!" She stood up.

"Sit down Sky!" I mini yelled. "Stop it! I know you're hurt, believe me, but you need to calm your ass down."

She sat down slowly as her legs bounced up and down. I knew her nerves were getting the best of her but I wanted her to relax .

"It's late. Just stay here for the night and sleep it off. Tomorrow morning we will figure everything out with a clear head OK?"

"OK." she nodded.

"Go on in the guest room. Ima grab you some pajamas real quick."

(The next day)

We pulled up at her and Cash's mini mansion as we both looked on in silence. His car was in the driveway and I sensed Sky's uneasiness as she stared at it.

"Need me to walk you in?" I asked.

"No. I'm good." She replied. Her eyes were still swollen from crying and the bags under her eyes was a clear indication that she didn't get any sleep last night.

"I'm gonna sit out here for a minute to make sure everything is ok."

She nodded and got out of the car, making her way to the door.

Zeeeeeeeeep.

I looked down at my vibrating phone and answered it.

"Hey." I said exhaling a deep breath.

"You good ma'?" Rome asked.

"Yeah. Where's Amir?"

"He next door at Janet's crib playing wit' lil Koby."

"Fuck you! Sorry son of a bitch! Make sure you tell that bìtch that ima kick her ass when I see her!" Sky screamed. She swung at Cash's face, connecting several hits as he tried his best to restrain her.
