Learning to walk

✨Ivy ✨

Ivy entered into Amelia's house. She looked up in the ceiling as she followed behind Amelia. She greeted Amelia's mother—Tonya introducing herself. She gave them both some snacks to take back to the room as she prepared dinner. As ivy entered the room, the scent of incense filled her nostrils, as she inhaled deeply. She placed her belongings on the floor as she sat on her bed as she complimented Amelia on her room's decorations.

Amelia sat beside her as she looked at ivy. She admired how pretty ivy was; she didn't want to come off as weird or pushy but there was something about ivy that she liked very much. She reached over and grabbed her hand as she continued to look at ivy. Ivy never stopped her; instead she looked at her, nervously. Ivy heart skipped a beat as she continued to look at Amelia. She finally decided to say something to her. "Did you get expelled from your previous school because you got caught with a girl ?" ivy questioned. She didn't want to come off as nosy or disrespectful but she wanted badly to know if these rumors were true. She  was very curious and wanted to know the situation.

Amelia pulled her hand back from ivy and looked down at the floor. She knew people were talking and she knew that eventually questions would be asked; but she really was hoping that ivy wasn't the person to ask these kind of questions. She sighed and then looked back at ivy. "If i tell you why I get expelled are you gonna go back and tell everyone?" She asked as she searched ivy's eyes for the truth. Ivy grabbed her and looked at her. "I promise i won't say anything" she replied. Amelia took a deep breath as she turned away from ivy, looking down at the floor. "Yes. I got expelled because i got caught with a girl. Ivy i don't know what's wrong with me; i think i have a sickness and i can't get rid of it. It's like i want it to stop and i want to stop having these emotions but i can't" she turned her head looking up at ivy tears rushing down her face.

"Do you think there is something wrong with me?" She said holding her head back down. Ivy's eyes began to water because she didn't even know what to say to her. Without thinking, ivy grabbed Amelia's planting a kiss on her lips. She didn't know what gotten into her and she didn't care either; All she cared about was the moment and how the moment was making her feel. She loved and enjoyed every second of the kiss and now she was wondering to herself  'did i catch the sickness ?'  She pulled away as she looked at Amelia; both still in shook and disbelief , they both looked away from each other. "Amelia and ivy, come the food ready" Amelia's mom called out.

Ivy really didn't want it to be a weird moment so she smiled and looked at Amelia trying to comfort her. "You don't have a sickness. There is nothing wrong with; you have a preference and that just what it is." She aid looked at her friend. "I have the same feelings all the time and i try to fight them but they never go away. It's like its instilled in you" she said sighing and she put on her house slippers. Amelia heard everything that was coming out of ivy's mouth but for some reason she can't get her words out. They both headed into the dining room —where they sat and had dinner. This was weird for Amelia because ever since the school incident, her mother barely uttered a word to her; they never sat at the dinning room table,  they never talk—unless it regards Amelia and her school.

Amelia was devastated by the whole thing. Her last intention was to embarrass her mother the way that she did. She didn't mean to hurt her and if she could take back that day and those overwhelming feeling, she would; but unfortunately she can't. No Matter how much she tried to like boys she couldn't. She got a different type of annoyance and ick from them.

After that awards dinner, Amelia and ivy re-entered the room. They pulled out the project from they're bag and started to work on it. They laughed and talk before they finally decided to to brush there teeth and head to bed. Tonya came in the room to check on the girls before heading to her room. Amelia turned to ivy and smiled. "You know i never would have thought that we would be here. I know that your friends are talking about me and my situation and i can only imagine the things being said." She stated as she chuckled a little. Ivy listened as she talked; she couldn't keep her eyes off of her at all. The attraction that she had was scary because she didn't even think that she would be here right now. Something in her mind just kept telling her that this was wrong but no matter what she did she couldn't turn away.

Soon, she was having a tingly feeling in her private area. She wasn't really sure what was causing this and she didn't know what it was. "Ivy are you listening to me ?" Amelia asked sitting up a little. Ivy nodded her head yes. She then leaned in and kissed Amelia again; this time more intimately, pulling her closer to her body. She reached down and started to feel her small breast. Amelia did not stop this and she didn't want to either, she wanted this moment to last for ever. Soon she was on top of ivy; kissing her and grinding on her, they were now naked as they grind agains each other. Ivy grabbed her butt and started to squeeze it. "You sure your mommy not going to come back in the room?" Ivy asked.

"She's not, she probably in there with her boyfriend or something" Amelia replied. They started to kiss again and soon enough they were touching on each other. This was a high for ivy— never in her life would she have thought that she would be here with the same sex. Hearing how people discriminate and talked bad about homosexual people really scared her. Growing up in a Adventist church doing these things— her mom would be more than disappointed but she couldn't stop; she didn't want to stop.

After they were done, they looked at each other and smiled. "Don't tell nobody about this" ivy said making Amelia pinky promise. They intertwined pinkies  and laughed as they laid back on the bed. Soon they knocked out with the nights events replaying in they're heads.
