"Sweet, stay here in the car for a moment. Mommy will buy something in the store." said Mom after she parked the car. I took a bite first at my Hershey's before I nod my head.
When Mom left, I removed my seatbelt and peek at the window.
"Hmm...the sky looks nice." I utter before I decided to go outside.
The sun is hiding from the clouds and the clouds looks so soft! My mom told me that clouds can't be eaten but look how nice the clouds are! They look tasty from above!
When I noticed that the sun is slowly showing up, I abruptly run as fast as I could towards the store where my mom went to because I don't want my Hershey's to melt away!
I immediately took a bite at my chocolate and look in the sky.
"I win!" I proudly said to the sun.
I took another bite before I lean my back towards the wall of this store. While chewing my chocolate, I noticed some unusual movement few meters away from me. I can't see clearly what it is because it's behind a big block that's connected to the roof of this store.
But because I am curious, I made a light steps towards that thing.
My heart felt at ease when I saw a kid like me. He's sitting on the floor while writing something on it using a stone.
"Hey, kid." I called his attention. When he looked at me, I wasn't expecting his face! His face looks dirty and his hair is messy! What happened to him?
"H-hi!" he shyly said.
"What are you doing here?" I curiously asked.
"I'm... asking people's money." he said then looked away. I glanced at the door of the door to see if my mom had come out before I turned my eyes at him.
"Here." I offered him my Hershey's.
"W-what's that?"
"Chocolates. That's all that I can offer."
"Cho-chocolates?"
"You haven't eat this before?" By looking at his face, this maybe his first time seeing Hershey's. So without hesitation, I grab his hand and gave him my chocolates.
"Have a taste of Hershey's. It tastes amazing!" I smiled to him sweetly. I noticed a sudden bright in his eyes when he looked at me and back to my chocolates.
Seconds later, he's starting to eat the Hershey's that I gave him.
"Hmm!!! It's so sweet! Yummy!" I just smiled at him until he took his last bite.
"Thank you for the chocolate, my friend!" he sweetly smiled at me. I was about to say 'you're welcome' when he suddenly cried.
"I've... I've been wanting to eat this before, you know. But I can't even afford it. I'm a homeless child!" he cried out. I hug and hushed him.
"Shh...from now on, I'll keep on coming back here. I will bring you lots of chocolates and tasty foods! Hushed now, my friend. It's a sweet day for you!"
