~max's pov~

I watch as the full moon rises. I fix my tie before turning into my wolf form. I howl at the moon for good luck before getting on all fours and running through the of the forests of Transylvania. I see lights up ahead and I jump up now running on two feet/paws my tail snaking behind. I come to a stop once I see a fancy restaurant. "ah yes the restaurant I get to hopefully finely meet my mate, yakko waner" I growl with pride for he may be a male but it's better than having no mate. I enter the restaurant turning my head towards the tables seeing all sorts of differant monsters like werewolf's, vampires, ghosts, and more. I find my date and walk over to the table. he had a black and light grey fur pattern but I noticed something small and shinny but I didn't pay attention to it.

~yakko's pov~

I watch as my date, max goof, sits down across from me 'man this fake werewolf suit is hot' I think hoping he doesn't notice the zipper. I mean I was desperate to get a lover at this point. My date starts a conversation "so yakko is it?" he ask and I nod. "sooo you from around here?" he says tilting his head slightly "oh um yes I do actually wait I-I mean I am from here!" I stutter nervously making max laugh quietly. "so are you from here?" I ask with a cold sweat running down my neck "heh yeah" he says. The waiter walks over "hello sirs I will be your waiter for today what would you like for a drink?" says the waiter. The waiter was slightly above average height for a lady, she had short black white hair, white skin, and her clothing appeared as a light grey, she was ghost with a very monotone voice. "i'll take some water" max says "okay and you" she asks "blood" I say quietly "alright" the waiter replies and walks off. "blood? odd for a werewolf to drink but eh" max says "heh yeah' I say nervously  "hey yakko?" max asks "y-yes?" I reply. "what's that shiny thing on your chest?" he says making my heart drop "well I um I-" "here you go sirs" the waiter cuts me off "thank you miss" we both say simultaneously.

~time skip~

We leave the restaurant and start walking to the forest where max said he lives. We arrive at his place laughing and talking. We enter his house which was a cave that had a cabin inside. "so yakko now can you tell me what that shinny thing is?" max asks poking the zipper. "fine just promise me this?.." I say looking down defeated "what is it?" "just don't leave me please?..." I say sadly since I actually really liked him. "oh course yakko" max says squatting down and caressing my cheek [max is taller than yakko in his werewolf form]  I unzip the suit and take off the helmet revealing me a vampire in a pare of pants and a black turtle neck sweater. max hugs me whispering in mu ear "my vampire lover" "my werewolf mate" I say hugging him back.
