Schlatt did indeed lose all of his canonical lives. First was the festival, due to him being in the fire range of a rocket thingy. Second was when Quackity rebelled against him because he wanted to tare down the white house (and many other reasons), this one was done by an arrow. The final canonical live lost was when he had a stroke/heart attack.
