DANGEROUS PAST

I feared facing the past

Seeing myself carrying the scars

Everywhere I go

They will always stick to my skin

people laughed and ridicule me

Tearing me apart like I'm some prey

It was a dangerous past

Haunted by the horrifying memories

Looking at myself in the mirror

Facing like I was in a state of my nightmares

The state of being paralyzed for a trauma

Feeling the pain from my beating heart

Today might be the present

But the past is clinging on me

Feeling the damage inside

A wounded soul cannot be healed
