Life is so ironic. We ignore who adores us, adore who ignores us, love who hurts us but hurt who loves us.
All my life, I thought of love as some enslavement. Well, that's a lie:
Freedom only exists when love is present. The person who gives him or herself wholly, the person who feels the freest, the person who loves most wholeheartedly. And the person who loves wholeheartedly feels free.
No one loses anyone, because no one owns anyone. That's the true experience of freedom: having the most important thing in the world without owning it.
A person who doesn't know how to fight will find his/her happiness.
Kung totoo mong mahal ang isang tao, gagawin mo ang lahat sumaya lang siya. Kahit pa ang kapalit nun ay kailangan mo siyang bitawan.
My heart might be bruised, but it will recover and see the beauty of life once more. It happened before, it will happen again, I'm sure. When someone else leave, it's because someone else is about to arrive. I'll find love again.
