Not In the Comfort Zone, And you'll Grow

Well, like I said in the last Chapter. I'm not a Big fan of Cinematic concept arts as well Drawing with no lineart, for years I've been Depending on My line arts to color and add shadows.

But the longer I look at my drawings it feels like I stuck in the same road. So Watching Artist like speed paints and their process, my eyes caught the beauty of fantasy Art and Chinese Themes.

Like for example WLOP Boy I'm so Blessed to stumble upon this underrated artist. Their Works are so Beautiful and So immersive, and it's also so wide it feels like every single of his Art are telling a story.

Also another Artist Dao Le (You can find them in YT in the same name!) They also have a very Beautiful art. But the most awesome thing about it is that of how they Draw Dynamic poses and still captures the intensity and danger of their art and how they tell a story.

Chilling outside and Leaving my Cozy Place.

I was tempted to draw with lineart but then I remember if I do then it's not gonna Work out.

It's just a simple Sketch. Just one character and The whole canvas is just white. But don't worry everything will be set in place. Just trust the process and Get immersed in making the whole Art!

Dealing with temptations to go back in my Cozy,warm and Cute comfort Zone I just pushed through it and Sit in the dark talking with some new Homies (my demons I made a deal with them).

I was going for a snowy environment or rainy but then I got the Cozy And calm Vibe to draw the background. I was struggling for real Bro like I was Sweating making all of this. So I know why some of ya all don't add backgrounds in your art.

And then the character! Still the subject looks flat and the sketch layer is still there so that I can see the whole Silhouette. Now this is where I struggle since I need to Match the character with the background and make him fit in.

There's some real struggles doing this especially adding the Shading on the Character to make him not flat. And then The Light. It where I Branstormed alot of colors (like "Which color? Am I gonna choose blue or white?") And so it's so bad adding White and Blue the whole Canvas looks cold to stare at.

But then Red Orange and yellow Saved the day to lighten the whole canvas :D

Finalizing the Whole Thing, and adding Small Details. It all worked out and I did not expect to finish it all with no line art or whatsoever. Kinda proud of myself too since I'm trying more Things and then applying them to my works.

But here tho I'm starting to make a concept of my story, with just small ideas of art.
