Meanwhile, Midoriya started to become a nervous wreck, he couldn't even say his words properly.

'The nerd seriously can't lie to save his own life. How the fuck did he even manage to hide it this far?' Bakugou scoffed at the thought. 'There's no way I'll help him out of this. He's on his damn own.'

Luckily for Midoriya, Kirishima came to the rescue.

"Wait up, Asui. All Might never gets hurt. That's where the likeness end! I'm kinda jealous of that kind of simple enhancer-type quirk, though! There's a lot you can do with one, and flashy too!" the redhead said.

Unbeknownst to most people in this bus, he just unknowingly saved Midoriya's secret.

"My hardening quirk is good for punch-ups. But I hate that it's not really flashy." he said, showing them a demonstration of his quirk.

Midoriya begged to differ. "Well, I think it's an awesome quirk! It'll be a great use to a Pro!"

"Pro's huh? But you know, heroics has a lot about it that's more like a popularity contest too, right?" Aoyama butted in. "My navel laser is both flashy and strong enough for the pro level."

"But it'd be bad if your stomach collapses." Mina said.

Aoyama paled.

"If we're talking about the most flashy and strong, it's Todoroki and Bakugou's!" Kirishima commented.

Upon hearing that, Bakugou felt flattered. But of course, he didn't make it obvious. Instead, he only let out a 'tch.'

'Tsundere! Lololol!'

'Loser...'

'.. you're seriously flattered?'

'So simple...'

The voices laughed through his ears.

'Shut the fuck up!' Bakugou yelled in his thoughts.

Meanwhile, Asui begged to differ. "Bakugou's always fuming, so he'll never become popular." she stated her opinion while pointing at Bakugou.

The voices began to cackle. The noises they made were giving the boy a migraine.

'That's true. Lol.'

'His personality is shit...'

'Gotta admire the honesty of this girl.'

'...what a brave soul.'

Bakugou cursed internally towards the voices and then he stood up from his seat, glaring at Asui.

"You bitch! I'll be popular too!!!" he yelled.

"See?" Asui said, proving her point.

Kaminari on the other hand just looked at Bakugou with a smug expression. "It's amazing we've all just met, but we all know your personality is crap like stewed in sewage." he said, showing no signs of fear from being punched.

This ticked Bakugou off and also yelled at him. "What's wrong with your vocabulary? Wanna die!?"

The voices continued to laugh.

Meanwhile, Midoriya just sat there and shivered in fear. 'I can't believe my eyes! For once, Kacchan gets teased! That's Yuuei for you..!' he thought, amazed and scared at the same time.

"What a low class conversation." Momo said with disapproval.

"But I like it!" Uraraka smiled, clearly enjoying this.
