I wanna fucking kms.. I feel like life isn't worth living sometimes but I'm scared of leaving the people I truly love behind and I'm scared to do it so I just scratch or dig my nails into my skin until I bleed. If anyone I know (like online friends or people ik irl) I'm sorry if you are reading this as I really care about you guys and I want to help you guys but I can barely take care of myself and it's just pathetic.. As much as I feel like I want to I won't kms. I want to but I don't want to leave the people I care about the most behind and I don't want to hurt anyone else.
