Sapnap and karl had been friends for years, they had done a few meet ups and streams but nothing really broke the friendship barrier, until recently.
Karl had done a video where he tried to beat the ender dragon whilst on a treadmill and was in desperate need of a nether fortress, he made an agreement with sapnap to let him spawn into a fortress and he would be punished by sapnap in any way he saw fit
What Karl meant was by reducing his health bar or increasing the speed of the machine,
but sapnap had other ideas
When karl said this Sapnap mind thought about everything he could do to the boy as a "punishment"
He created a vivid image in his mind of karl bent over, gagged and handcuffed, tears streaming down his face as a result of being edged for hours
But quickly snapped out of his thoughts when he realised they were still filming
Karl noticed the pause and could tell Sapnap was thinking of something else, or at least he wanted him to be
Sapnap laughed off the awkward pause and turned the machine up to be much faster
"You can't be serious" karl said, running at a decently fast pace
"oh cmon you have a fortress now, surley it won't take you that long" He replied
"Sapnap please, just turn it down a little this is to much" Karl pleaded as he tried to fight the blazes, striking them frantically, only focusing on being as quick as possible
"you said in any way i see fit karl, spawing you at a fortress took soooo much work, so i think this is fair" Sapnap said sarcastically
Karl gathered as many blaze rods as he could, racing out of the structure desperately looking for the portal
"you look pretty exhausted" Sapnap joked
"shut up" karl snapped
Sapnap leant over and turned the machine up a few more levels
"what, no you can't do that!" karl exclaimed
"i don't car, i'm adding it on to your punishment because clearly you need something better to work on other than telling me to shut up" Sapnap replied
Karl stayed silent
Breathless and exhausted he lost hope in finding the overworld, he had been running for a good 10 minutes and it was getting to much
He could barley focus on the game causing him to fumble the keys and accidentally fall into a massive pit of lava beneath the ledge he attempted to climb across
Instead of a reaction to his death he instantly stopped the machine and sat down, unbelievably tired with constant heavy, uneven breathing
Usually when this happens in a challenge he would try and bargin and get another life but this time he physically could not go again, it wasn't a bad thing though,
the video was long enough he was happy with leaving it there and quickly told sapnap that they were done filming
Sapnap turned the camera off and got karl some more water
"i wasn't expecting you to go on for that long" he says as he hands over
the glass "anyway let's get you home you looks fucked"
He agreed and Sapnap drove them back to Karl's house which wasn't far from where they were filming
He looked at the smaller boy sat across from him and moved his hair out of his face revealing how red he was and his mind instantly thought about how he could make him look so much worse
"you know karl, i don't think that punishment was bad enough" sapnap said, smirking
"i literally lost the video because of it how could it have not been bad enough" Karl replied, trying to get a reaction out of the taller desperately wanting this to go further
