New school??

The alarm clock rang but it was of no use because the girl was already awake. U must be thinking she woke up early right? Nope thats not the case. She didn't sleep the whole night. Why you ask? Because she was too busy thinking how her life turned out this bad. Why her? 

The alarm clock rang more and more irritating the girl and she groaned getting up from her bed and turning off her clock. It was 7.30 a.m. School started at 8.30 am so she had a lot of time since her school was only 5 mins away by walk. She got up went to the bathroom and looked at her reflection in the mirror and started thinking how much of a loser she was. She then got ready and went downstairs to make her breakfast because of course her mom would have already gone to work. 

She went downstairs and was about to enter the kitchen when she heard someone humming. "Who is this??" she thought "mom?" What is she doing here at this time? She didn't go to office today? The older women noticed the girl and said-

Ms Lee- Y/n honey! Good morning!

Y/n got out of her thoughts and said "hmm morning". 

She didn't bother to ask her mom why she was still at home and was about to leave for school but Ms Lee called her

Ms Lee- "Honey eat something before you go, here" she said passing Y/n a plate of pancakes so y/n sat down to eat because her mom had already made it. She quickly ate it and got up.

Y/n- "I am done. I am going to school." and left the house. 

Y/n put her airpods and started listening to music by her favourite Korean band on her way to school. 

She reached the school and took off her airpods and went to her first class which was english. 

Y/n was a good student even though she didn't study or listen to the teachers much. She was good enough to pass her exams. She was also a lonely one in the school because who would want to be friends with the freak without a father? All her classes were going boring as always. She slept through all of them. 

The bell rang indicating the school is over. Y/n sighed and put on her airpods and went out of class. She could feel people looking at her and giving her a side eye and talking behind her back but she cared less. 

Y/n got near her house's door and went to her bag to take out the house keys. She took it out and was about to open the lock when she realised its already opened. She was confused as to why it was opened. Was it a thief? Or someone who was waiting to kidnap her and then cut her into pieces and would later dispose off her body parts? Her mind didn't even think of the possibility of her mom coming back early from work. 

She slowly but carefully opened the door to look out for the thief but there was no one. She then saw her mom coming downstairs. "Mom? Why is she at home right now? she doesn't come back until 9 pm". Y/n was confused but before she could say anything Ms Lee noticed her 

Miss Lee- "Oh baby you are back! Welcome home baby!" She said while coming to y/n and giving her a hug. Y/n was shocked and confused because she hadn't hugged her mom in such a long time. Miss Lee squeezed Y/n's body a little but y/n didn't feel a thing. 

Ms Lee stepped out of the hug and said- "Sweetie go freshen up and come down to have lunch.

Y/n didn't say anything and left the room to freshen up but the thought of her mom coming back home so early made her question if something was up. Soon she freshened up and went downstairs and sat on the dining table and Ms Lee kept the plates on the table and both started eating. 

Ms Lee- Y/n....hmm..

Y/n- what is it?

Ms Lee- I wanted to tell you something....

Y/n in her mind "Of course she came back early because she had something to say to me. I am sure she has something planned" 

Y/n then spoke- Yes?

Ms Lee- Y/n you know the company in which I work is very far from our house right?

Y/n- yea so?

Ms Lee- hmm...

Y/n- Just spill it mom

Ms Lee- I got an offer to transfer to a different branch of this company and they are giving us free house too since I have been working for them for a long time now. So we are shifting from here....You will have to leave your school and friends......
